Our medical cannabis specialty practice provides referrals to Florida's medical marijuana program and sells hemp-derived medical products. We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and strong technical computer skills to become a key member of our small team. All non-medical aspects of the patient relationship, including scheduling appointments, patient intake, checkout, and follow-up;
Patient education regarding CBD, medicinal cannabis, and the Florida medical marijuana program;
Building familiarity with the state Medical Marijuana Use Registry and the patient registration process;
Working closely with our Medical Director to address all issues related to patient care;
Effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services to complete sales;
Efficiently executing typical office procedures, such as working with point of sale and accounting systems, and managing the daily office opening and close.
Reliability is critical, as we have a very small staff. Regular 9 to 5 week-day business hours, with scheduling flexibility for the right candidate.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with our social communities. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of social media marketing. Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.
Team members are expected to educate patients on the benefits of medical marijuana and guide them through the patient care process.
