Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Green Roads CBD is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our amazing team in sunny, South Florida. The Growth Marketing Manager will report directly to the VP of Affiliate Marketing and will work very closely with our publishing & marketing partners (Affiliates, Influencers, & Media Buyers). You will possess a hunter mentality driven by identifying and closing new partnerships, garnering new business, and growing new relationships. You will also be responsible for coordinating the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch. You will need to be both a creative and critical thinker striving to negotiate sales & solutions that keep both internal and external stakeholders happy. Some trade show travel will be required with this position.
You must understand the nature of internet marketing and have experience with pay-for-performance media buying. You also understand how to drive traffic to products / web pages, conversion funnels, click attribution, platform linking, pixel tracking, landing pages, and web-based reporting lingo.
A Day in the Life of Growth Marketing Manager includes:
- New Partner Growth & Discovery –Onboarding new partnerships, identifying partnerships we should have, negotiating payouts, increasing traffic, improving the economics of relationships
- Platform Set up and Management - Setting up publishing partners & offers on our internal tracking platform (Everflow), obtaining necessary paperwork and documentation, and maintaining current offers on the platform

Minimum Qualifications

Paid Media Manager (Programmatic Display)
We’re looking for a creative and energetic full-time Paid Media Manager to join our team with a passion for performance marketing and media buying. You will create & traffic ads using the various programmatic display platforms, manage client budgets, and assist in account analysis & reporting. This role will be client-facing. Each Media Buyer will manager will work directly with our Head of Media as well as our in-house creative team to formulate strategic action plans for each client and manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels.

- Develop, execute and maintain ROI focused paid media campaign across multiple channels
