Summary
Bud's Goods and Provisions is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning team. The primary role of this organized, outgoing, and analytical individual is to drive consumer awareness to increase sales and market penetration. This role will ensure our products and brands are marketed effectively to customers and the community, utilizing traditional and guerilla marketing tactics along with analytical skills and tools to perform in-depth industry and market analyses. This individual will manage marketing for Bud's Goods three retail stores and product suite in accordance with CCC regulations and management's directive. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Business Development.

Job Duties
- Develop, execute and implement marketing strategies and campaigns. This includes creating and achieving quantifiable goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and using data to improve future efforts.
- Adept at establishing key KPIs to track and measure marketing and advertising performance. Establish and maintain KPI/marketing dashboard. KPIs may include but are not limited to: transactions per day, average order value, items per order, order frequency, repeat customers, new customers, click-through rate, audience reach, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, lead-to-customer ratio, social media traffic.
- Handle all online customer communication, including reviews, online chats, website communication, Linkedin, Weedmaps, Leafly, Yelp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, etc.
- Work closely with creative team to generate and execute marketing and advertising opportunities
- Identify and manage opportunities for billboard and print advertising
- Identify and create event opportunities, including in-store pop-ups and trade shows; assemble and coordinate materials from Creative team, establish contacts, develop schedules and assignments, coordinate mailing lists, oversee execution of event, and conduct post-event analyses to garner key takeaways and improvements
- Attend trade shows, expos, and events on behalf of Bud's Goods
- Create, conduct, and analyze customer surveys and product feedback; create reports and analyses for management
- Assist in forecasting of market and product trends; analyze customer and sales data and provide reports to management
- Conduct thorough competitor analyses and keep tabs on upcoming, new, and existing operators and products
- Assist in SEO, geo-fencing, customer mirroring, and other forms of digital customer targeting
- Develop systems to gather customer information in-store and online
- Assist in public relations and community messaging and outreach
- Manage all marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with Creative team
- Manage Google Analytics and CRM platform
- Create content for and manage Bud's website blog
- Manage internal employee newsletter
- Manage marketing vendor relations
- Develop strong differentiation tactics to advance the Company's brands and retail presence
- Understand and interpret all marketing and advertising regulations relevant to Bud's business segments; remain current and compliant with marketing and advertising regulatory requirements

- Leaf Logix or similar POS system experience a plus
- Must be willing to work extensive and varied hours to accommodate retail schedules, meetings, and product deliveries
- Proven creative capacity and track record of success in high-paced environment

- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess valid driver's license and Travel 25% of time
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
