What We're Looking For
- Hourly Full Time: Monday- Friday (multiple shifts available).
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitious labor and other activities necessary to perform basic job duties.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance on a regular basis.
- Ability to multitask at an upbeat pace while keeping an eye for detail in a must.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance

(Minimum Qualifications)
- Attention to detail and speed are of the utmost importance when completing daily tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Promote a positive, safe and clean work atmosphere.
- Willingness to be trained as well as coached; in addition to the ability to take constructive criticism to improve the team as a whole.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
(Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in kitchens is preferred but not required.
- Review and follow manufacturing procedures as well as lead expectations
- Maintain and operate the machinery and troubleshoot any issues with equipment.
- Knowledge about cannabis products and/or work in the 502 industry are always a plus.

This position exists to prep and cook cannabis-infused edible products within the kitchen in the
production department. The edible team lead will help maintain and ensure compliance with
our production and kitchen schedule, while safely and efficiently using equipment and
supplies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ï‚· Understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in
the kitchen.
ï‚· Prepare all edibles in a sanitary and timely manner..
ï‚· Follow all GMP, HACCP and Q/A processes in the facility.
ï‚· Strictly follow department SOPs, Batch Records, Logs, and associated
Forms/Documents.
ï‚· Assist in the implementation of Edible Kitchen systems and SOPs.
ï‚· Ability to accurately follow recipes and measurements.
ï‚· Ability to be trained on various activities, machines, and systems.
ï‚· A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sanitation
ï‚· Prepare and clean work spaces, equipment and materials daily.
ï‚· Wash and sterilize Kitchen and equipment.
ï‚· Prepare samples to be sent to a lab.
ï‚· Log recipes.
ï‚· Package finished products.
