What You Will Do

A Distribution Driver is tasked with delivering and representing our product all over the state of Washington. This is a very trusted position within our company, where you will be working independently spending the majority of your time on the road. When not on the road you will occasionally spend time in the warehouse assisting the fulfillment team. The majority of the routes are run in a day's time, however there is a requirement to travel overnight to eastern Washington in a route rotation and the ability to work overtime is a must.

Attention to detail and speed are of the utmost importance when completing daily tasks. What We're Looking For
- Hourly Full Time: Working 2nd shift (12pm-8pm) Monday- Friday. Potential for overtime and some mandatory Saturdays.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitious labor and other activities necessary to perform basic job duties.
- Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

This role will be tasked with developing and growing a new department within the company as we begin to service the entire industry with transportation services. You will oversee the fulfillment leads, fulfillment staff and drivers to bring the department to the next level.
Role & Responsibilities
1) Distribution/Fulfillment:
- Lead a Team of up to 10 hourly employees
- Manage facility team and set priorities for the day
- Efficiently develop driving routes based on continuously changing schedules (300-400+ orders every month)
- Work with Sales Reps to arrange specific date / time of delivery
- On-Call road assistance for our drivers
- Provide On-Call support to all our clients
- Provide Fulfillment support
- Fast and Efficient Problem Solving
- Computer experience and software knowledge is key.
2) Sales
- All day support to our Reps
3) Accounts Receivable
- Process Department Time Cards
- Invoice Dual Entry (QuickBooks)
- Process and Deposit Delivery Payments
- Receiving Payments (QuickBooks)
- Work side by side with Sales Managers to process Credits and Returns
- Run Monthly Reports (Aging Outstanding Payments and Sales By Rep Reports)
Requirements
