Working closely with the Senior VP of Sales, this will be a key addition to one of the fastest-growing brands in the state. We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Administrative Assistant to join our growing team of dedicated cannabis enthusiasts!
The Key Account Operations Manager is responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You must assist in identifying needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Lead the execution of go-to-market plans with key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- Suggest solutions that answer clients’ needs and wants
- Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology, and product delivery
- Research and source new potential clients
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Create reports for upper management
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Key Account Manager qualifications and requirements:
- Preferrable experience working with key accounts
