Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with a welcoming demeanor, both in-person and over the phone
- Perform high-volume sales transactions while following mandated procedures, including ID verification for check-in, with confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with your team and management
- Multitask and ability to prioritize
- Accurately maintain your POS system including monetary transactions, guest information, data reporting
- Understand and implement inventory control and auditing procedures as it relates to state cannabis regulation
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, data entry
- Assist with store opening and closing duties as assigned by management
- Regular cleaning and stocking of facilities

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years Retail/sales experience preferred

- Valid state-issued driver’s license/ID

- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
Physical Demands:
This position is primarily sedentary but involves a large amount of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. The employee periodically lifts and/or moves items that weigh more than 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Additionally, this position uses dexterity of hands for data entry as well as operates the record keeping/POS system.
