Position Overview:
Kria’s Delivery Drivers are responsible for picking up cannabis products at Kria’s manufacturing facility in South Burlington and delivering them to retail stores around Vermont. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive relationship with vendors & customers, and being a knowledgeable steward for policies & regulations, while efficiently transporting and delivering products in a safe, timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Loading, transporting, and delivering cannabis products to retail stores in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders at the delivery point to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Accepting payments for delivered items.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following reporting guidelines
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
- Providing accurate and complete documents relating to deliveries.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Mandatory background checks are required work in the Vermont cannabis industry and are a condition of employment
- Must have your own driver's license and vehicle; however, on larger deliveries, a transport van will be provided. Federal mileage reimbursement rate for personal vehicle travel is $0.585/mi.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise Kria’s production team using established standard operating procedures for edible production and packaging.
- Track cannabinoid materials that are in use
- The supervisor will monitor the quality of finished products to ensure they are within spec
- Package, manufacture, label, and ship products as needed
- Assist with daily and weekly inventory audits as requested by Production Manager;
- Ensure accurate production batch records are kept and processed correctly
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure;
- Delegate cleaning, stocking, organizing. Ensure the completion any other tasks including sweeping, mopping, removing trash/recycling and sanitizing production and storage facility daily;
- Ensure safe handling of plant material from cultivation to production
- Gain knowledge of and maintain the general care of tools, technical equipment, and the production facility.
- Safely work at a fast pace in a high production environment;
- Participate in new product development
- Accurately prepare ingredients, work stations, and equipment for production.
- Correctly infuse ingredients by ensuring proper temperatures, timing, and homogenization.
- Properly label and store product batches for testing as needed.
- Close the building at the end of each shift, everything is sanitized and stored, the facility is locked and secure.

Position Overview: The Cannabis Kitchen Manager is a key member of Kria’s production team and supervises all kitchen related operations. The primary focus of this position is gummy production, but will also include other confections, including chocolates and other consumable products. The Cannabis Kitchen Manager is responsible for developing operating procedures, scheduling and managing employees, creating workflow systems, managing ingredients, and researching and developing new products.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a restaurant setting, preferably with a background in baking and confections. The Cannabis Kitchen Manager will be a self-starter who is highly organized, adept at multitasking, and enjoys managing people.

KITCHEN MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise employees. The kitchen team will consist of 2-4 employees working in 8 hour shifts to produce tens of thousands of gummies daily. The Cannabis Kitchen Manager will supervise these employees and provide daily job responsibilities as well as weekly work schedules.
- Establish standard operating procedures. The Cannabis Kitchen Manager will establish written operating procedures (SOPs) related to the production of all kitchen products, including recipes and production requirements.
