- Customer Service- Responsible for ensuring team members provide excellent customer service to both medical patients and recreational customers. Responsible for responding to customer service issues and supporting our "customer-first" business model.
- Product Knowledge- Should possess and maintain technical industry and product knowledge. Responsible for training team members on up-to-date product knowledge and understand changing industry standards.
- Receiving & Inventory- Responsible for assisting the GM in receiving product, invoice coding and electronic system entry into the PoS system. Responsible for ordering and managing inventory levels, as well as regular auditing of inventory.
- Compliance – Understands and complies with all OLCC, OHA, and local regulations, as well as all company policies and protocols.
- Cash Handling – Responsible for Daily/Weekly Cash and Debit deposits and tracking; Petty Cash and ATM tracking.
- Security – Responsible for maintaining all security protocols, investigating loss and inventory discrepancies and must be available to respond to alarm calls on site if necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience conducting cash & inventory audits, running spot checks and correcting variances.
- Must be detailed oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have flexible availability based on store needs. Must have the ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, including occasional 10+ hour days.
- Must have reliable transportation and able to be punctual during inclement weather.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and possess the ability to communicate effectively with staff as well as the administrative team.
