As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. As Regional Director of Rocky Mountain Cannabis’s New Mexico market, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple stores within the region. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, hiring, and training store managers, setting store-specific sales goals, tracking sales performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that the stores adhere to company policies as well as industry regulations.

The R. Greenleaf Clinic Manager position is the supervisor assigned to oversee the daily functionality and performance of a distribution/clinic location. The Manager of Sales and Patient Care position is responsible for the operations of the store, and supervising employees. This position requires traveling to the other store locations as needed.

Specific Duties

- Completes week inventory count and ordering and receiving inventory. Inventory reports are downloaded from Indica and exported to Excel.
- Assisting in Marketing.
