The Production Technician is expected to follow direct production orders from Management, written and verbal instructions, as well as timelines for both the production and packaging of finished products. Proper understanding of the machines used in the production processes, mid-level mathematics, and sanitary manufacturing practices are critical for the Production Technician to complete a variety of laboratory, kitchen, and packaging duties. Production Technicians are expected to be able to accurately identify, package and label products and raw materials as directed by Management. This position is also responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness of the department, proper care and use of packaging equipment, concise document control and sanitization of work areas. It is expected that the Production Technician have the knowledge and abilities to complete the job duties to a higher level of autonomy, including being directly assigned by Management to help fulfill the needs for production, including the preparation, counting, and weighting of raw materials for the processing and manufacturing of finished product.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required, college classes and other certifications considered, College Degree preferred.
- Proficient at algebraic-level mathematics.
- Previous experience in a related field preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Reliable Transportation.
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
- Adherence to the Organizational Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to: Quality Assurance Manual, Employee Handbook, and Code of Conduct.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods while performing a repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift and hold up to 50 pounds, sometime repetitively.
- Ability to work with a variety of cannabis-based products, some of which can be irritants to the eyes, nose and skin.

Summary of Position: The Laboratory Technician (LT) assists in all mission critical functions of the laboratory, including the creation of a variety of safe and consistent medical cannabis derivatives, smokables, and topical treatments that are potent and effective. Those holding the Laboratory Technician position are expected to work directly with the Laboratory Lead to understand the needs of production and the expected quality of each product, as well as maintain the autonomy of their assigned specialization. In this position, it is required that a Laboratory Technician have the ability to perform high-level extractions and infusions, including but not limited to: Butane Hash Oil, Ethanol Extraction, and the creation of topical products. Each Laboratory Technician may be assigned a specific specialty and its applicable duties. Due to the requirements of production, Laboratory Technicians must communicate in writing, create procedures, perform mathematic functions, and diagnose and troubleshoot quality issues or machine operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required, college classes and other certifications considered, College Degree preferred.
- Certificates of training or other specialized experience preferred.
- Proficient at algebraic-level mathematics.
- 2+ Years’ Experience in cannabis derived product production preferred.
- 1 year production experience required.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

The R. Greenleaf Clinic Manager position is the supervisor assigned to oversee the daily functionality and performance of a distribution/clinic location. Clinic Managers are responsible for overall store management, to ensure the safety, policy adherence, inventory control, cash control, patient satisfaction, compliance, and the expectations of upper management.
