Budtender Responsibilities: Greet patients once they walk in, assist patients with their choice of marijuana flower and related marijuana infused products, maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, confirm containers contain prescribed products, print and affix labels at point of sale, and use and operate dispensary point of sale software and Metrc inventory tracking to process sales.
Inventory and Packaging Responsibilities: Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed medications and supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, removing outdated medicine, maintain proper storage and security conditions as per established policies and procedures, and develops the processing systems, packaging systems, and labeling systems utilized across the product line.
Receptionist Responsibilities: The receptionist answers phones, greets patients, adheres to HIPAA regulations, enters patient data into the patient system, and handles service scheduling. Verify and check patients’ Registry Identification Cards authorizing them to receive marijuana products in compliance with state law; Check Identification; and assist patient check-in.

General Manager – Dispensary Operations
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensures compliance with all MI marijuana rules and regulations governing the act for both medical and adult use purposes, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education.
- Provides management and leadership for day to day operations including the operation of sales terminals and transactions
- Manages all record retention requirements (patient records and logs, sales receipts, storage and auditing of all inventory) according to state regulations and company standards
- Responsible for coordinating/ordering new inventory and supplies and maintains accurate records.

WHO WE WANT:
We are excited to be expanding our team and looking for our next Patient Care Guides who will help us in educating and informing our clients through their transactions. You will be taken through an extensive overview of the business, being cross-trained and assisting in all areas including patient intakes, sales, outreach activities, inventory management, and much more! This is a fast-paced fun environment and we look forward to finding our next team member like you! Some specific job duties include:
MAIN JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greets clients in person or on the phone; schedules appointments; oversees patient intake and renewal procedures
- Maintains client records in compliance with State law and Company policy
- Answers questions about the law and the Company from members and others
- Assists members in selecting medicine; advises and educates them about safe dosage and other aspects of this medicine
- Assists General Manager with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly
- Maintains a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
- Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager according to Company needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in high-volume retail or hospitality environment – 2 years min
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and understanding of cannabis products preferred
- Bilingual preferred by not required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated and always looking to improve
- Ability to multi-task and take direction
- Attention to detail a must
- Must pass all required state background checks to be eligible for hire
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
