$1000 SIGNING BONUS

Community Access Services (CAS) is currently seeking to hire LPNs to provide excellent nursing service and person centered support to 5 individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disability (I/DD), at our Clackamas Group Home. Under the supervision of the RN Manager, the LPN works as part of a team to ensure that all medical and ADL support needs are met, with a focus on personal choice and preference of the resident. This is a benefited position for both part time and full time nurse professionals who can provide care with a creative, hands-on, and a holistic approach. Preference is given to applicants with experience in the IDD field and with experience in trach/vent care, but we welcome and will train a nursing candidate who expresses passion in working with IDD individuals. This is a unique professional opportunity, and is suitable for nurses who are person centered with high energy and enthusiasm for their work and the people we support. This is an excellent opportunity for newly licensed LPNs!

HIRING BONUS: 1000.00

Full time and part time positions available immediately.

Minimum requirements for employment with CAS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen (excludes cannabis)
• Must possess current LPN license for the State of Oregon and be in good standing with the Oregon State Board of Nursing
