Community Access Services is a nonprofit organization that provides residential and employment services to adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), who live and work in local communities.
As a Job Coach at CAS, you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults who experience varying degrees of disability, supporting them in their jobs in multiple work/employment settings. You will be connected to a team of Employment Specialists, so you will be supported too. We also believe deeply in continuing education and professional development, and will connect you with trainings and opportunities to grow in this field.
Responsibilities for this position include providing on-site job training and support to individuals in their workplace regarding job duties, policies and procedures in collaboration with the employer, communicating with the worker's employers, supervisors, and co-workers, documentation of job coaching service provided, generation of monthly status reports, and working as part of a team to develop and update each worker's individual support plan. The goal of the Job Coach is to provide as much support as indicated, including fading techniques, so that the worker may become independent in their workplace.
This position is full-time and requires flexibility in work schedule. Work schedules will vary based on anticipated caseload changes. In addition to CAS' minimum requirements, this position requires two years of previous experience working with people who experience disability, proficiency using Microsoft Office, and experience in teaching or training.

Community Access Services is a nonprofit organization that provides residential and employment services to adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), who live and work in local communities.
As a Job Coach at CAS, you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults who experience varying degrees of disability, supporting them in their jobs in multiple work/employment settings. You will be connected to a team of Employment Specialists, so you will be supported too. We also believe deeply in continuing education and professional development, and will connect you with trainings and opportunities to grow in this field.
Responsibilities for this position include providing on-site job training and support to individuals in their workplace regarding job duties, policies and procedures in collaboration with the employer, communicating with the worker's employers, supervisors, and co-workers, documentation of job coaching service provided, generation of monthly status reports, and working as part of a team to develop and update each worker's individual support plan. The goal of the Job Coach is to provide as much support as indicated, including fading techniques, so that the worker may become independent in their workplace.
This position is full-time and requires flexibility in work schedule. Work schedules will vary based on anticipated caseload changes. In addition to CAS' minimum requirements, this position requires two years of previous experience working with people who experience disability, proficiency using Microsoft Office, and experience in teaching or training.

We are currently seeking to hire a Program Site Supervisor for a leadership position in Columbia County. The successful candidate will have a person centered approach in ensuring quality services for supported individuals, and will have strong leadership and communication skills, based on a hands on approach in supporting and supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals.
The residential programs are group homes serving 5 individuals who experience intellectual disability as well as behavioral, medical, and physical challenges. The primary responsibilities involve ensuring that services are person centered driven by each person's Individual Support Plan. Under the supervision of the RN Manager, the LPN works as part of a team to ensure that all medical and ADL support needs are met, with a focus on personal choice and preference of the resident. Community Access Services is a nonprofit organization that provides residential and employment services to adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), who live and work in local communities.
As a Job Coach at CAS, you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults who experience varying degrees of disability, supporting them in their jobs in multiple work/employment settings. You will be connected to a team of Employment Specialists, so you will be supported too. We also believe deeply in continuing education and professional development, and will connect you with trainings and opportunities to grow in this field.
Responsibilities for this position include providing on-site job training and support to individuals in their workplace regarding job duties, policies and procedures in collaboration with the employer, communicating with the worker's employers, supervisors, and co-workers, documentation of job coaching service provided, generation of monthly status reports, and working as part of a team to develop and update each worker's individual support plan. The goal of the Job Coach is to provide as much support as indicated, including fading techniques, so that the worker may become independent in their workplace.
This position is full-time and requires flexibility in work schedule. Work schedules will vary based on anticipated caseload changes. In addition to CAS' minimum requirements, this position requires two years of previous experience working with people who experience disability, proficiency using Microsoft Office, and experience in teaching or training.

We are currently seeking to hire multiple Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Portland and in Clackamas County. Each home serves 5 individuals who experience IDD in addition to significant medical challenges. Responsibilities include providing support and personal care as well as accompanying individuals in their chosen community activities. Most importantly, CAS is looking for person centered employees who will support our mission, which involves helping people to live the lives they want and choose. Preference is given to applicants with previous experience, but CAS will provide all necessary training on the job for job seekers who have a strong interest in helping and care for people. Community Access Services is a nonprofit organization that provides residential and employment services to individuals who experience Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities who live and work in our community.
We are currently seeking to hire Roving Direct Support Professionals to work in the homes of individuals living in Columbia County. Many of the individuals we serve are medically involved and require a significant level of supportive care in order to pursue the things in life that are important to them. Roving DSPs provide personal care involving all activities of daily living, accompany individuals in their community activities, and provide other cares necessary to promote the well being of the supported person.
Applicants must have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including swing shifts, overnights, and weekends. Applicants must also have a reliable means of transportation. The Roving DSP position start at $16.75 per hour and requires experience in caregiving and/or experience in supporting people who experience developmental disability.
Minimum requirements for employment with CAS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience
- Must be able to qualify as a company driver (Licensed at least 2 years with no more then 3 driving infractions in a 3 year period)
- Must be comfortable working in a home where a pet resides

Under the supervision of the RN Manager, the LPN works as part of a team to ensure that all medical and ADL support needs are met, with a focus on personal choice and preference of the resident.
