The responsibilities of the Cannabis Advisor (CAs) within Garden Remedies, Inc. (GRI) broadly embrace the key areas described below. The most critical role is to ensure outstanding customer service and cannabis knowledge within our adult use cannabis dispensary. Working within a team, the CAs are the point of contact for all patients/customers at our dispensary. Outstanding communication skills, the ability to assess our customers’ needs and providing detailed information about our products is required. Our CAs will assist in developing GRI’s brand: you will be required to deliver GRI’s customer service standards and to exceed our customers’ expectations. This position starts at $18/hr + TIPS + benefits and the management team is looking for someone with fulltime availability.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provides high level boutique customer service that consistently exceeds customers’ expectations.
- Accountable for accurately utilizing the Point of Sale system, inventory management and the MA state databases.

Job Description
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for executing Garden Remedies' Wholesale Brand Ambassador Program in Massachusetts and promoting wholesale transactions. The goals of this role include promoting the organization’s wholesale and brand portfolio across all dispensary and store partners by activating retail and lifestyle marketing initiatives, promoting and closing sales, as well as actively contributing to building a strong company culture with employees and retailers in the field. In this role, you will close sales and work with your manager to win new business in your assigned territory.
The goal of this role is to drive sales growth with our existing wholesale retail partners. The Brand Ambassador will conduct both in-store, customer facing demonstrations; as well as be responsible for creating and managing relationships with advocates / budtenders and following through with sales purchase. It will be about (80%) travel based, with 3-4 visits per week to retail locations and the remaining days planning and assisting the Field Sales and Event Manager with sales initiatives.
The Brand Ambassador is someone who will represent and embody our brand with our retail partners and their customers, and someone who will be at the forefront of bringing Garden Remedies cannabis products to the state of Massachusetts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducts in-the-field hands-on training for retailers (i.e. Cannabis Advisors or budtenders) to optimize the customer experience and in-store sales through demos and merchandising
- Executes creative, premium, productive and efficient retail demos, events and merchandising initiatives
- Contributes ideas and delivers opportunities to weekly retail schedules and daily mission plans
- Adheres to all product training curriculum and brand standards
- Attends and actively participate in all product training seminars and workshops
- Works with Field Sales and Event Manager and Wholesale team to contribute to organizational sales growth within retail partners
- Supports sales and marketing of our products within third party stores
- Work closely to GMs/Buyers through the sales process by delivering a knowledgeable outstanding customer experience

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in wholesale market
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity of the local market - both from a navigational and social/networking standpoint
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the year by car. Hours spent- 4 visits per week with one day remote/office work for planning
- Willing and able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Experience in consumer-facing presentations/sales is a bonus
- Proven experience creating long lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with basic computer and mobile hardware and systems - desktop, tablet, mobile

Working with the cultivation management team, the Cannabis Technician will assist in the day-to-day operations of growing consistent, high-quality medical cannabis while remaining fully consistent with Garden Remedies’ Standard Operating Procedures. Duties:
- Maintain the cleanliness of all cultivation material and areas.

The Inventory Specialist at Garden Remedies is a position responsible for managing location inventory through database and maintains levels required daily. This is accomplished by actively performing appropriate day-to-day activities as needed in alignment with dispensaries goals and needs. He or she must work closely with Dispensary Inventory Manager and retail staff to ensure inventory compliance digitally through METRC as well as physically.
It is instrumental that the Inventory Specialist has a clear understanding of Leaf Logix and Metrc. This person is responsible for compliant inventory practices, both in Leaf Logix and in Metrc. They must adhere to the regulations concerning medical and adult use cannabis put forth by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
Along with ongoing development of your job description, immediate responsibilities for the role of Inventory Specialist include:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tracks and monitors Garden Remedies Inventory
- Ensure inventory is not within Garden Remedies expiration guidelines
- Assists with month end inventory counts at all retail locations; Questions and investigates when counts don’t match
- Prepares manifest for product being returned to the production facility
- Reviews incoming manifests in Metrc and LeafLogix to ensure they are accurate
- Ensures all product has a barcode so it can be sold through the POS
- Enters incoming apparel and accessories into LeafLogix
- Maintain FIFO, first in first out
- Performs daily inventory counts; Questions and investigates when counts don’t match
- Adjust inventory levels in LeafLogix daily

Garden Remedies, Inc. is looking for a Sanitation and Pot Wash Tech for our cultivation facility located in Fitchburg, MA. The Sanitation and Pot Wash Tech is responsible for the care and cleaning of miscellaneous grow pots and buckets and will assist in the day-to-day cleaning operations of all area’s cultivation and grounds. GRI's goal is to grow consistent, high-quality medical marijuana while remaining fully consistent with Garden Remedies’ Standard Operating Procedures.
This position is M-F 6:30am-3:00pm and starts at $18/hr + benefits.

The Inventory Specialist at Garden Remedies is a position responsible for managing location inventory through database and maintains levels required daily. This is accomplished by actively performing appropriate day-to-day activities as needed in alignment with dispensaries goals and needs. He or she must work closely with Dispensary Inventory Manager and retail staff to ensure inventory compliance digitally through METRC as well as physically.
It is instrumental that the Inventory Specialist has a clear understanding of Leaf Logix and Metrc. This person is responsible for compliant inventory practices, both in Leaf Logix and in Metrc. They must adhere to the regulations concerning medical and adult use cannabis put forth by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

Assistant Manager
Job Description
The Assistant Manager (ASM) oversees day-to-day operations of their dispensary location in the absence of the General Manager. This includes but is not limited to managing all staff at this dispensary location, ensuring successful compliant operations and high-level customer service. The Assistant Manager is responsible for creating the daily staffing schedule making sure the dispensary is properly staffed at every shift.
The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Dispensary General Manager. The Assistant Manager is responsible for communicating any policy changes to the staff and implementing directives from the Dispensary General Manager in a timely manner. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting operations of their dispensary location including but not limited to retail sales, inventory management, product intake, POS troubleshooting, education, onboarding of cannabis advocates. This requires high level communication skills as this person must communicate with both upper level management and internal dispensary staff and may act as a spokesperson for the Dispensary or retail operations.
Finally, this position is responsible for dispensary employees’ strict adherence to laws and regulations concerning medical and adult use cannabis put forth by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

Management of Dispensary Personnel
- Assists in the creation of the staffing schedule for the dispensary location to ensure sufficient staffing for successful operations.

Duties:
- Responsible for weighing, counting, sealing and labeling GRI products

Garden Remedies, Inc. is looking for a Sanitation and Pot Wash Tech for our cultivation facility located in Fitchburg, MA. The Sanitation and Pot Wash Tech is responsible for the care and cleaning of miscellaneous grow pots and buckets and will assist in the day-to-day cleaning operations of all area’s cultivation and grounds. GRI's goal is to grow consistent, high-quality medical marijuana while remaining fully consistent with Garden Remedies’ Standard Operating Procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the pot washing machine each morning
- Collect, organize and rinse miscellaneous grow pots and buckets
- Load pots into machine for washing and unload when complete
- Periodic troubleshooting of equipment may be required
- Performs other duties as assigned to assist Garden Remedies' daily operations
- Assists the GRI leadership team daily to ensure that whatever needs to be done is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Job Description
The Inventory Specialist at Garden Remedies is a position responsible for managing location inventory through database and maintains levels required daily. This is accomplished by actively performing appropriate day-to-day activities as needed in alignment with dispensaries goals and needs. He or she must work closely with Dispensary Inventory Manager and retail staff to ensure inventory compliance digitally through METRC as well as physically.
It is instrumental that the Inventory Specialist has a clear understanding of Leaf Logix and Metrc. This person is responsible for compliant inventory practices, both in Leaf Logix and in Metrc. They must adhere to the regulations concerning medical and adult use cannabis put forth by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
Along with ongoing development of your job description, immediate responsibilities for the role of Inventory Specialist include:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Tracks and monitors Garden Remedies Inventory
- Ensure inventory is not within Garden Remedies expiration guidelines

Logistics Delivery Coordinator

Job Description
The responsibilities of the Logistics Delivery Coordinator and Scheduling Specialist will be to create the daily itineraries for the delivery team. This individual will be the face of our Logistics department and solely responsible for the coordination and correspondence with each of our customers and vendors regarding delivery of wholesale orders and dispensary product transfers.
Coordinator will work between 7AM-3PM Monday-Friday as an on-site position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely correspondence with each customer after the Business Development Managers lock in orders.
- Utilize route optimization skills by coordinating timely deliveries
- Establish good customer relations with each new customer that is brought aboard by the Business Development Managers. (i.e., being friendly and cordial, welcoming new customers and ensuring that all first points of contact create an immediate sense of trust in our competency to deliver the promised product with a fast and accurate turn-around time.)
- Develop a good rapport with main contacts for each customer regardless of frequency and size of orders.
- Create and maintain fair and equitable delivery schedules for Delivery Drivers to ensure they are on the road as much as possible.
- Handle issues and delivery setbacks with grace and diplomacy.
- Communicate with all affected parties about all Inbound and Outbound orders. This includes looping in all related parties on emails and creation of virtual tickets to optimize scheduling sharing with all involved department heads on all transfers in and outside of the organization.
- Aid in coordination of contract deals struck by Business Development Managers; partnering with involved teams to ensure timely delivery and/or pick up of material involved in contract (i.e. bulk flower remediation, distillation coordination, bulk flower delivery).
- Cross-train on Logistics Specialist role (i.e. manifest creation end-to-end process, intaking procedures, inputting vehicle maintenance requests, etc.)
- Audit deliveries prior to shipment
- Complete, collate, and email required delivery documents accurately and timely to delivery customer in accordance with CCC regulations (including but not limited to transfer manifests, testing, and invoicing)
- Accurately logs delivery check ins in accordance with CCC regulations
- Ensure accurate receipt of wholesale orders prior to delivery from Business Development Managers
- Lead intake of wholesale purchase, ensuring proper documentation
- Audit inbound wholesale manifest for discrepancies and communicate with vendor to correct
- Communicate with Material Handlers the priority of picking the deliveries to ensure priorities align
- Communicate shipment status to management regularly and as needed (may include customer if needed)
- Work with GRI Dispensary Managers to coordinate point of contact and delivery time or schedule changes
- Maintain accurate delivery records, time windows and other applicable historical data for analysis and tracking.
- Work with customers and vendors to correct any delivery documents
- Immediately report any delivery issues to management including safety/security issues
- Process all customer order adjustments in a timely manner
- Help out Production teams if needed (i.e. packaging needs)
- Remain in compliance with all state, federal and CCC regulations

The Pot Wash & Sanitation Tech is responsible for the care and cleaning of miscellaneous grow pots and buckets and will assist in the day-to-day cleaning operations of all area’s cultivation and grounds. - Prepare the pot washing machine each morning

Account Manager
Job Description
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for executing Garden Remedies wholesale brand ambassador program in Massachusetts. The goals of this role include assisting the organization’s wholesale and brand portfolio across all dispensary and store partners by activating retail and lifestyle marketing initiatives, as well as actively contributing to building a strong company culture with employees and retailers in the field.
The goal of this role is to drive sales growth with our existing retail partners. The Brand Ambassador will conduct both in-store, customer facing demonstrations; as well as be responsible for creating and managing relationships with advocates / budtenders. It will be about (80%) travel based, with 3-4 visits per week to retail locations and the remaining days planning and assisting the business development manager with sales initiatives.
The Brand Ambassador is someone who will represent and embody our brand with our retail partners and their customers, and someone who will be at the forefront of bringing Garden Remedies cannabis products to the state of Massachusetts.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Conducts in-the-field hands-on training for retailers (i.e. Cannabis Advisors or budtenders) to optimize the customer experience and in-store sales through demos and merchandising

The responsibilities of the Assistant Grower within Garden Remedies broadly embrace the key areas described below. Working with the Director of Cultivation, the Assistant Grower will assist in the day-to-day operations of growing consistent, high-quality medical marijuana while remaining fully consistent with Garden Remedies’ Standard Operating Procedures. Extensive knowledge of the plant and its environment are necessary for success.
Duties:
· Implements cultivation techniques and methodologies at various stages of plant growth and development, as directed by Cultivation Management Team.
· Participates in harvests, trimming, cloning and other duties to maintain an efficient work flow through-out the facility.
· Assists in the operations of the grow, to include but not limited to set-up, cleaning of pots and equipment, repotting, cloning and all other duties as required.
· Maintains a respectful and business-like work environment.
· Maintains a serious, positive and team-oriented approach to Security, reporting any security concerns or breaches immediately to designated person(s).
Responsibilities:
· Assists the Cultivation Management Team daily to ensure that whatever that needs to be done within the facility and with the plants is completed in a timely manner.
· Reviews daily check lists and ensures that the appropriate procedures within each room are completed and ensures that the rooms are clean and in good working order.
· Understands and reviews operational equipment within the indoor plant production rooms, including temperature gauges, water and CO2 levels.
· Is responsible for adhering to Garden Remedies’ Security Policies and Procedures as well as the MA DPH’s regulations 105 CMR 725.110: Security Requirements for Registered Marijuana Dispensaries.
Qualifications:
· Has 2+ years’ experience or a BS degree applicable to growing for a large-scale commercial cultivation facility.
· Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to engage in creating an amicable work-place.
· Good personal hygiene, physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor.
· The candidate must pass the state required background check and will have a high security clearance within the company. 5. Must be at least 21 years of age.

The responsibilities of the Assistant Grower within Garden Remedies broadly embrace the key areas described below. Working with the Director of Cultivation, the Assistant Grower will assist in the day-to-day operations of growing consistent, high-quality medical marijuana while remaining fully consistent with Garden Remedies’ Standard Operating Procedures. Extensive knowledge of the plant and its environment are necessary for success.
Duties:
· Implements cultivation techniques and methodologies at various stages of plant growth and development, as directed by Cultivation Management Team.
· Participates in harvests, trimming, cloning and other duties to maintain an efficient work flow through-out the facility.
· Assists in the operations of the grow, to include but not limited to set-up, cleaning of pots and equipment, repotting, cloning and all other duties as required.
· Maintains a respectful and business-like work environment.
· Maintains a serious, positive and team-oriented approach to Security, reporting any security concerns or breaches immediately to designated person(s).
Responsibilities:
· Assists the Cultivation Management Team daily to ensure that whatever that needs to be done within the facility and with the plants is completed in a timely manner.
· Reviews daily check lists and ensures that the appropriate procedures within each room are completed and ensures that the rooms are clean and in good working order.
· Understands and reviews operational equipment within the indoor plant production rooms, including temperature gauges, water and CO2 levels.
· Is responsible for adhering to Garden Remedies’ Security Policies and Procedures as well as the MA DPH’s regulations 105 CMR 725.110: Security Requirements for Registered Marijuana Dispensaries.
Qualifications:
· Has 2+ years’ experience or a BS degree applicable to growing for a large-scale commercial cultivation facility.
· Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to engage in creating an amicable work-place.
· Good personal hygiene, physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor.
· The candidate must pass the state required background check and will have a high security clearance within the company. 5. Must be at least 21 years of age.

The Packaging Compliance Specialist (PCS) is responsible for creating accurate and compliant labels for packaging and shipping manifests for internal and wholesale deliveries. The PCS ensures our labels contain the information required to ensure applicable Federal, State and local regulations are met.
Responsibilities
· Creates and prints accurate labels for the Packaging department using BarTender, or future software programs
· Analyzes and interprets lab test results to ensure correct cannabinoid profile is presented
· Organizes and saves labels and files in a manner that is easily located and accessible
· Performs quality control label checks to ensure each label is correct before printing
· Tracks label inventories and ensures packaging quotas are met
· Communicates with Production Manager for daily priorities and tasks
· Creates shipping manifest for internal and wholesale deliveries using Leaf Logix, Excel and Metrc
· Ensures manifests are accurate and complete, compliant with state regulations and internal policies
· Performs other duties as assigned in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications
· Meticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product
· Must be able to meet production goals within an established timeline
· Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
· Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
· Must be comfortable with a high level of responsibility
· Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Preferred Experience

The responsibilities of the Post-Harvest Associate within Garden Remedies broadly embrace the key areas described below. Working with the Post-Harvest Manager, the PHA will assist in the day-to-day operations related to the harvest, trim and curing/drying of cannabis plants. Duties include harvesting plants, safely operating and maintaining equipment, and processing waste pursuant to regulations and standard operating procedures. The PHA will assist Garden Remedies in supplying consistent, high-quality marijuana while remaining fully consistent with Garden Remedies’ Standard Operating Procedures.
Duties:
· Manage all trim equipment with a focus on safety, ensuring tools and machinery are functional at all times; start up equipment at the beginning of each shift and follow proper shut down procedures at the end of each shift; make adjustments to equipment as necessary to ensure quality and consistency
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Monitor quality and measure accurately to ensure optimal production level
· Works closely with Cultivation personnel to manage workflow and scheduling
· Weighs and properly stores finished product

Garden Remedies is looking to build its marketing team by adding a Marketing Program & Public Relations Coordinator. This position will work with the Director of Marketing, the internal team, and key outside vendors to develop and implement marketing plans for Garden Remedies across internal and external communication vehicles, including public relations. This person will support the implementation of marketing programs and will be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a positive public image for Garden Remedies through the creation of media and public events that shape public opinion and increases awareness of the Garden Remedies brand. Establish and maintain relationships with consumer, community, charitable, and public interest groups. Work with the Director of Marketing and the CEO to respond to requests for information or comment from the media; coach GR representatives in effective communications with the public; write press releases and other media communications to promote Garden Remedies’ brand and capabilities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and our dispensary leadership to develop marketing material such as posters and flyers to drive awareness and traffic.
- Develop public relations and events strategies. Collaborate with Digital Media Specialist to plan and implement publicity strategies, campaigns, and events.
- Assist marketing and business development management with public relations events and partnerships, including development of communication materials and management. Organize promotional events including activities such as seminars, lunch & learn events for internal and external audiences. Create and maintain Marketing calendar of events and activities.
- Build positive relationships with local and industry-related media; pro-actively plan and pitch PR opportunities; establish Garden Remedies as source for credible content and POV; establish CEO, COO, and Lab Director as industry experts. Develop and produce press releases, press kits and related materials.
- Write the monthly consumer newsletter, including developing content and management of member list, and regularly creating stories for website, newsletters, and social sites.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in a public relations and events capacity; and/or combination of education and experience required.
- Strong creativity and ability to connect with people inside and outside of the organization.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to rally and motivate internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Solid organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks
- Advocate for collaboration and internal cross-pollination within the organization
- Must pass background check to work in this highly regulated industry
