Summary of duties and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a basic understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Someone who is flexible and ready to take on any tasks presented to them.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance to facilities operations, HVAC, lighting, CO2 system, safety systems, etc.
- Perform Maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance tasks of facilities and production equipment
- Ability to identify malfunctioning systems and devices of hazards and defects
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical system problems, and make recommendations for improvement
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures needed adjustments or repairs to bring back to compliance.
- Assist with inventory of parts and materials and tracking of use of parts and materials
- Perform general maintenance tasks including drain cleaning, landscaping, painting, and carpentry
- Assist in implementation and building of new equipment

Knowledge/Skills:
