DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Under guidance of management, project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and supervise tasks accordingly.
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects, and expectations of the cultivation department in accordance with our mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Attending to overall success of large-scale cultivation
- Working to maintain the health of plants by feeding and pruning throughout the growth cycle.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other cultivation team members.
- Maintain accurate documentations of executed tasks.
- Maintaina level of cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure no product leaves the facility without going through proper channels.
- Followall safety regulations set by supervisors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
- Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day
- General tool, hardware, ladder, and building skills. Must be able to use a 12’ extension ladder.

Able to obtain a Concealed Carry Weapon Permit (CCW) and pass the Ohio armed security course through O.P.O.T.A.
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the delivery of the product and the transporting of currency to and from the plant, the dispensaries, and the processors.
- Monitoring the front gate and seeing that all visitors and/or vendors are escorted to the proper location
- During any new construction or anytime repairs are made on site by contractors or vendors, security officers are needed and will be, or will provide, escorts for said contractors and vendors.
- Security Officer must be willing to help in all areas of the plant as needed (assistance in Cultivation, Post- Harvest and Processing.
- Security officers will monitor cameras; they will be assigned times to monitor cameras in the dispensaries and review footage from the opening and closing of the dispensaries and will create written reports.
- Monitor the grow facility, areas within the plant, and exterior areas.
Security officers will perform regular maintenance by checking lighting, perimeter fencing, and all areas inside or outside of the plant for items that need repaired or replaced as it relates to
EDUCATION
· Ideal candidate with law enforcement and security trainings and certifications.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is desirable.
· Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required.

Harvest Grows, LLC is seeking an experience Cultivation Manager for our Ohio Grow facility. The ideal candidate will lead our cultivation team to ensure projects and goals are met. Primary responsibilities will be to provide projections on all garden needs, analyzing budgets, enforcing and ensuring all EPA MSDS and cannabis specific regulations are being followed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Manage, train, and direct cultivation team ensuring projects and goals are met.
- Manage plant scheduling and organization precisely.
- Project all garden needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyze budgets and test out new procedures to keep expenses low.
- Effectively time manage and delegate duties to staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
- Oversee the maintenance and have a working knowledge of mechanical equipment, including but not limited to: pumps, filter systems, electrical motors, potting machines and greenhouse equipment.
- Ensure smooth and consistent production and delivery of products to proper locations.
- Collect and analyze product information from employees and patients. Implementing changes based on information to ensure improvement in production process.
- Set goals and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work.
- Direct daily operations.
- Enforce and ensure all EPA & MSDS regulations on nutrients and pesticides are being upheld.
- Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
- Develop and lead weekly manager meetings and monthly team meetings.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development as needed.
- Emergency response off hours.
