OVERVIEW:
The Security Officer is an armed position and ensures the protection, safeguarding and security of company assets, employees, patients, contractors, invitees and others; complies with federal, state and local legal regulations; takes direction from the Security Supervisor; and exercises independent judgment, when needed, in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Controls access points and patrols assigned location to prevent unauthorized entry and illegal removal of assets
- Monitors closed circuit television system to oversee safety, security, and traffic on property
- Maintains constant alert for suspicious activity/individuals/vehicles/etc., safety hazards or incidents and takes action to correct related problems; tow vehicles as deemed necessary
- Intercedes as necessary in physical disturbances or to prevent property removal or damage. Subdue individuals when necessary
- Communicates with all employees to increase their security awareness regarding corporate policy and procedure regarding safety & security.
- Coordinates and records the issuance and retrieval of equipment/supplies; issuance & retrieval of access cards; visitor, tenant & employee clearance; etc.
- Assists persons who are incapacitated due to an emergency situation. Provide first-aid services if necessary. Transports persons to other locations as necessary in responding to an emergency.
- Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must possess a valid Driver鈥檚 License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- Ability to work independently and interdependently
- By law must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work in a diverse environment with people from various cultures, backgrounds, socioeconomic status, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality requirements and law
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen (THC Exempt).

We are seeking a Trimmer to join our team. In this position, you will tightly trim cannabis by hand for medicinal and retail shops, so you should have industry experience or be familiar with how trimmed cannabis flowers should look on the shelves. As you trim, you will organize the flowers, shake, and sort trimmings into bins that we will weigh with you at the end of your shift.
