Overview
The Budtender will recommend suitable cannabis products to customers, address customers' concerns, and ensure that sales floors are adequately stocked. The budtender will be energetic and have an outgoing personality ensuring customers are engaged. Compliance and Customer service will always be the top priority from this position.

Responsibilities
· Advises customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis to include educating customer on the safe use of their selected product:
o How Marijuana helps patients and the power of different cannabinoids and terpenes
o Marijuana and the symptoms that it can minimize or alleviate
o All Marijuana products (to include flower, edible and tinctures) that may be available and how to direct a patient to use them
o How to recommend the appropriate Marijuana dosage
o How to greet customers and speak with them to understand their needs and recommend the most appropriate Marijuana product and dosage to help them have a positive experience
o The Endocannabinoid system: Learn how this little-known system in your body uses the cannabinoids to help alleviate ailments
o The main cannabinoids in cannabis (THC, CBD, CBN, etc) and what each can do for your patients
o The ailments/diseases medical cannabis can be recommended for and which cannabinoids / terpenes work best for symptoms associated with these diseases
o Understanding of Compliance with Arkansas medical marijuana laws and ensures following the rules
· Provides best-in-class compassionate customer service to the patients and customers expected of all of our Budtenders
· Follows and upholds established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
· Maintain and continue to learn in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge, and strive to train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
· Takes inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked
· Assists and flex into helping other areas of the store during scheduled shift when not helping customer:
o Check out customers ensuring correct cash handling and discount application
o Assist in maintenance of an organized and clean store
o Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required
o Assist with opening and closing duties
· Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year experience in customer service, pharmacy or retail sales.
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to delegate and follow-up.
· Innate ability to lead, teach, present, coach & train in a positive and motivational manner
· Ability to work independently and interdependently.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Be at least 21 years of age.
· Solid strategic and critical thinking skills
· Ability to work in a diverse environment with people from various cultures, backgrounds, socioeconomic status, etc.
· Maintain confidentiality requirements and law
Preferred Qualifications:
· 6 months or more experience working with Medical Marijuana
· Social media management experience

Overview:
The Security Officer is an armed position and ensures the protection, safeguarding and security of company assets, employees, contractors, invitees and others; complies with federal, state and local legal regulations; takes direction from the Security Supervisor; and exercises independent judgment, when needed, in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.
A security officer is often the very first and very last impression an employee, guest, tenant or visitor will have of our company - it is critical that you present a professional, capable and friendly image as people both arrive and depart our facilities. Upwards of 90% of an Officer’s Day to day job involves delivering world class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Controls access points and patrols assigned location to prevent unauthorized entry and illegal removal of assets
- Patrols are also designed to detect and/or prevent serious maintenance issues such as water leaks, malfunctioning equipment, etc.
- Monitors closed circuit television system to oversee safety, security, and traffic on property
- Maintains constant alert for suspicious activity/individuals/vehicles/etc., safety hazards or incidents and takes action to correct related problems; tow vehicles as deemed necessary
- Intercedes as necessary in physical disturbances or to prevent property removal or damage. Subdue individuals when necessary
- Quality Control (QC) processes product moved from production to deliver. Count items, record and sign for cargo items
- Drives unmarked van providing safe and secure pickup & delivery of cash, product and any other valuables. Load/unload vehicle cargo
- Communicates with all employees to increase their security awareness regarding corporate policy and procedure regarding safety & security
- Coordinates and records the issuance and retrieval of equipment/supplies; issuance & retrieval of access cards; visitor, tenant & employee clearance; etc.
- Assists persons who are incapacitated due to an emergency situation. Provide first-aid services if necessary. Transports persons to other locations as necessary in responding to an emergency
- Reports to work for multiple clients at multiple locations; covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shift
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year experience in customer service, pharmacy or retail sales
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- Ability to work independently and interdependently
- By law must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work in a diverse environment with people from various cultures, backgrounds, socioeconomic status, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality requirements and law
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
