Full Job Description
We are currently looking for 3-4 team members to join our packing department! Someone who can demonstrate motivation, willingness to learn and is comfortable in a cannabis setting.
Pay: $15/hr
Hours: 7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday (unless discussed otherwise)
Job Entails
- Placing oils into jars
- Stickering and labeling products
- Dispensing syrup
- Packing tubes with needed materials
- Cleaning lab and work stations
- Standing or sitting for long periods of time
- Attention to detail
- Willing to be flexible to changes in job responsibilities

Assistant Grower and Production Manager Job Purpose:
Serve customers by insuring high plant quality and efficient production.
Assistant Grower and Production Manager Job Duties:
- Job Description The Manager performs technical and supervisory work under the direction of the General Manager and in coordination with the Owner.
- Work involves the planning, coordinating and supervising the activities of production personnel and establishing work organization to achieve production goals.
- Examples of Work: Schedules and manages the plant production staff and keeps detailed records to track crops and planting methods. Responsibility for communicating with purchaser about ordering and purchasing plants, seeds and production materials as needed.
- Manages chemical application needs of the farm. Instructs and trains staff in job requirements, safety rules and use of equipment. Maintains farm WPS standards as needed to stay in compliance with all laws.
- Works with the other Managers on irrigation and greenhouse issues and on production scheduling.
- Works with the Owner and General Manager on future crop planning.
- Performs related work as required. Job Requirements and Duties Must have considerable knowledge of the methods, equipment and practices used in producing and growing a wide variety of ornamental plants.
- Must have the ability to supervise the work of unskilled and skilled employees in their department in a manner to promote high morale and excellent performance and must also work well with managers and employees in other departments.
- Must have the physical ability to lift plants and materials and perform other basic nursery tasks.
- Must haven computer skills for data entry and communication; experience with programs such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Must be willing to learn and take new responsibilities as needed to suit the business needs.
