The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing existing relationships with wholesale accounts, growing new business, assisting with new product launches and driving sales for our wholesale department. Summary of Position:
We are seeking a passionate, professional person who is excited about the cannabis industry to fill our MIPs Production Associate role. This person will work under the direction of the MIPs Production Manager to create Marijuana Infused Products. This is a full-time position that will include product formulation, regular production of edible marijuana products, and new product development and creation.
Job Duties:
- Performs basic formulations, weighing, measuring
- Create MIP confectionary products including gummies, chocolates, etc.
- Quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, & visual inspection
- Assist in inventory audits
- Follow SOPs and pre-established specifications to perform job functions
- Assist in the development of new product recipes & related SOPs
- Additional duties at the direction of Senior Management
Qualifications:
- Must have official photo identification
- Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the food handling field.
- Obtain occupational licensing, food handling certification
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent

AMMA’s Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients. This role requires significant attention to detail, as there are multiple different batch numbers per product that have to be sorted through and counted.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks and label products; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- May lead, guide and train employees performing related work.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Manage all menus for the assigned locations.
- Add/remove the product from each of the menus (online platforms and in-store platforms) dependent on inventory stock.
- Update online platforms to help promote product sales.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

As a Patient Service Provider (Budtender), you will operate with direct supervision from the Patient Service Provider management team. You will showcase your excellent communication skills by liaising with all levels of the organization as well as ensuring total customer satisfaction with all patients.
