The Security Professional will maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and team members by providing professional security services by patrolling and monitoring all grounds, internally and externally. This position is vital in ensuring the safety and security of all assets, people, property and ensuring a safe experience for all team members and guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, as well as permitting entry based on established guidelines.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Contributes to overall team effort by assisting in the dispensary at the front desk.
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to all team members and guests.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Protect the company from all issues relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
- Checking the bags/belongings of customers who have set off an alarm when leaving the dispensary.
- Quickly responding to incidents with a sense of urgency.
- Meeting and greeting customers who come to the store.
- Acting as a visual deterrent.
- Locking and unlocking the premises at the start and end of the day.
- Being a visible security contact for customers and staff.
- Informing violators of any issues with noncompliance.
- Dealing with emergencies as they arise and liaising with the police and law enforcement authorities when necessary.
- Monitoring CCTV cameras.
- Giving advice to company team members on security related matters.
- Controlling traffic in the designated parking areas when needed.
- Document any security instances by creating detailed reports.
- Observe and report any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
- Monitor the presence of unauthorized persons on-site.
- Provide high level of guest service and assistance to all on-site visitors.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

- Must be able to pass a background screen per the CCC guidelines in order to be badged by the state

ROLE:
Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces! The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for all activities pertaining to the plant during its lifecycle. These activities include but are not limited to: cloning, transplanting, moving of plants, de-leafing, and harvesting. Duties will also include maintaining a clean and healthy environment for the plants and fellow associates. The Cultivation Technician may be responsible for applying foliar applications to keep plants healthy. The Cultivation Technician must execute their duties and maintain a productive work environment while striving to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for pruning, skirting and staking plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.
- Effectively and efficiently wash and clean equipment and other required daily items.
- Assist with daily tasks in reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Cleans vents, hoods, racking, and walls in the facility.
- Capable of completing relevant repetitive tasks regularly and consistently with a high level of attention to care.
- Able and comfortable working at heights, on top of ladders or platforms
- Comfortable working in areas with narrow clearances such as between rolling tables

Role:
The Irrigation Supervisor is responsible for managing irrigation to all plants in the building. Must be dependable and detail oriented. The Irrigation Supervisor should be comfortable working alone, as well as working with and managing a small team. Daily tasks may include: scheduling, monitoring, and verifying daily irrigations in all rooms. Daily, weekly, and periodic monitoring and maintenance of all Fertigation related equipment. As well as making decisions on feed volumes, EC and proportions in collaboration with the Cultivation Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing irrigation of 30,000 plants daily
- Collection & logging of irrigation volumes, EC, and pH as well as runoff volumes, EC & pH daily
- Responsible for managing proper feed changes through growth stages under direction from Cultivation Director.
- Mixing of 50 lb. bags of salts into stock tanks as needed.
- Repairing broken emitters, drip lines, and PVC headers going into rooms
- Manage and verify correct emittering of plants.
- Maintain adequate irrigation volumes to each plant as determined by Cultivation Director
- Log tank levels, operating pressures, and verify equipment is functioning properly daily
- Routine and periodic maintenance of all fertigation, water sterilization and filtration equipment and systems
- Cleaning of holding tanks, nutrient reservoirs, and other fertigation related equipment
- Critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot, identify, and coordinate necessary irrigation related repairs
- Working with automated dosing, irrigation, sterilization, and filtration equipment
- Using sophisticated equipment in a completely recirculating system which reclaims nutrient runoff and condensate.
- Adhere to strict schedules and communicate progress

Nature’s Medicines Inventory Clerk position is responsible for inventory cycle counting for intake by conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking, and distribution of product. Responsibilities also include accounting and reporting inventory surplus, product returns, waste, damages, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also manages the menu for the location, focusing on the most accurate and up to date information to be provided to our patients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; track orders and paperwork.
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

Nature’s Medicines Retail Store Manager is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations for the store, which include effective performance management in coordination with the People & Culture team, execution of retail operations including merchandising, staffing, and the patient order fulfillment processes. ROLE:
Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces! The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for all activities pertaining to the plant during its lifecycle. These activities include but are not limited to: cloning, transplanting, moving of plants, de-leafing, and harvesting. Duties will also include maintaining a clean and healthy environment for the plants and fellow associates. The Cultivation Technician may be responsible for applying foliar applications to keep plants healthy. The Cultivation Technician must execute their duties and maintain a productive work environment while striving to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for pruning, skirting and staking plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.
- Effectively and efficiently wash and clean equipment and other required daily items.
- Assist with daily tasks in reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Cleans vents, hoods, racking, and walls in the facility.
- Capable of completing relevant repetitive tasks regularly and consistently with a high level of attention to care.
- Able and comfortable working at heights, on top of ladders or platforms
- Comfortable working in areas with narrow clearances such as between rolling tables
- Cooperate and assist other cultivation leads and associates in the areas of climate, irrigation, growing techniques, production trials, labor savings techniques and in any areas where assistance is required and as requested by other growers, maintenance, and management.
- Monitor harvest operations in coordination with the Harvest Lead to provide best quality of product.

ROLE:
The Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for the harvest of the plants, which will include de-leafing, cutting down of the plants, hanging the plants and spraying the plants and transferring the harvested plants to the drying room. Duties will also include maintaining a clean and healthy environment within the zone for the plants and for fellow associates and will remove the spent pots and clean the area of harvest. The Cultivation Attendant will be responsible for spraying the plants after being trained in spraying techniques and being trained in the use of pesticide spraying. Cultivation Attendant must execute their duties and maintain a productive work environment and strive to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for manicuring, cleaning and staking plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.

ROLE:
The Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for the harvest of the plants, which will include de-leafing, cutting down of the plants, hanging the plants and spraying the plants and transferring the harvested plants to the drying room. Duties will also include maintaining a clean and healthy environment within the zone for the plants and for fellow associates and will remove the spent pots and clean the area of harvest. The Cultivation Attendant will be responsible for spraying the plants after being trained in spraying techniques and being trained in the use of pesticide spraying. Cultivation Attendant must execute their duties and maintain a productive work environment and strive to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for manicuring, cleaning and staking plants.
- Responsible for transplanting, pre-harvesting, and harvesting in preparation for processing.
- Effectively and efficiently wash and clean pots and other required daily items.
- Assist with daily tasks in reproductive, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Cleans vents, hoods, racking, cloners and walls in the facility.
- Capable of completing all relevant repetitive tasks regularly and consistently with a high level of attention to care.
- Cooperate and assist other cultivation leads and associates in the areas of climate, irrigation, growing techniques, production trials, labor savings techniques and in any areas where assistance is required and as requested by other growers, maintenance, and management.
- Monitor harvest operations in coordination with the Harvest Lead to provide best quality of product.
- Cooperate with, collaborate, and assist with cross-functional cultivation and production departments.
- Continuous observation of crop and equipment under the direction of the leadership team.
- Record plant growth patterns, plant temperatures, stresses and condensation points.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of all greenhouse equipment.
- Ensure proper crop irrigation by consistently monitoring and calibrating all grow scales, over drain trays, EC and pH sensors.
- Responsible for all crop irrigation.
- Update greenhouse graphs as advised by leadership.
- Monitor and ensure that disinfection procedures are implemented and followed.
- Must be able to clearly convey any information about plants, machines and activities within the cultivation function.
- Identifies hazards, report accidents, incidents and near-miss situations through the proper channels and in a responsible manner so that they can be investigated, determined and eliminated to prevent future occurrences.
- Maintains job-related confidentiality.
- Attendance and punctuality are critical in this role.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years of age or old (Per State requirements) and pass a thorough and comprehensive state and federal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain (with company assistance) valid Dispensary Agent Cultivation Card.
- This position will require local training as necessary to acquire the skill set needed to achieve strong understanding of common grow room processes and equipment, including electrical systems, lights and light bulbs, timers, irrigation systems, HVAC, dehumidifies, etc.
- Always conducts himself/herself in a professional and respectful manner.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations.
