JOB SUMMARY
Job Title: Dispensary Associate

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for educating patients on the benefits and potential side effects of medication. In this role, you will need to know various products and their effects. The primary function of the Dispensary Associate is to provide excellent customer service and patient care while dispensing medication to patients and caregivers, per department rules.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
- Coordinate returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Print return/exchange forms for all stations and delivery.
- Update the Register Inventory sheet as needed.
- Assess inventory in the live inventory room, transfer items as needed, and complete daily inventory counts.
- Review inventory overages and shortages and submit inventory needs to the logistics.
- Review accessory needs with manager and order as needed.
- Enter merchandise into the point-of-sale system when received.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS TRUHOST
- Follow Waitly guidelines and TruService Plan.
- Provide excellent customer service by displaying welcoming behaviors.
- Interact with patients waiting in the lobby.
- Charge iPads at the end of the shift.
- Clear the waitlist of any left-over patient names at the end of the shift.
- Confirm the Waitly notification texts are accurate.
- Assist with cleanliness of the lobby and showroom.

The Accounting Manager (SE Region) will direct the organization's financial reporting and planning, accounting practices, as well as manage relationships with financial institutions and third-party vendors. The Accounting Manager reports to the SE Regional Finance and Accounting VP. The Accounting Manager will manage and direct the actives of the accounting team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the month end closing cycle
- Maintain the financial reporting software (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Create and record monthly journal entries (revenue, inventory, COGS, lease, depreciation expense, prepaid amortization, etc.)
- Coordinate with the external auditors to execute the interim and year-end financial statement audit
- Assist the tax team with financial requests
- Responsible for bank reconciliations
- Responsible for payroll reporting
- Cost accounting to effectively track and report on cultivation and processing cost metrics
- Costing of new products
- Gross Margin tracking and analysis
- Report monthly financial statements and respective metrics to Corporate Executive Team
- Manage department and construction budgets and ensure overages, if any, are closely monitored and reported
- Create and report departmental and consolidated budgets each fiscal year
- Create accurate and relevant monthly performance financial statements and reports
- Manage the accounts payable function and ensure timeliness of vendor payments
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet roll-forwards
- Prepare monthly budget to actual variance analysis
- Secure banking relationship and remain in compliance with bank reporting requirements
- Evaluate all executed contracts for accounting treatment, if applicable
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree minimum, MBA or CPA required
- Minimum of 5-7+ years' experience in accounting for manufacturing
- Cost accounting experience highly preferred
- Experience with inventory, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong customer service skills and excellent oral and written communication
- Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match
- Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction

ROLE SUMMARY
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Fluent dispensary in accordance with the Office of Medical Marijuana in the state of Florida and standards set by Fluent. Further, the General Manger is responsible for measuring sales and sales improvement of the team and individual Curators. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining patient services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, collaborating with human resources and managing operating costs. The Dispensary Manager provides support for all store employees, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, industry news, and product information. The Dispensary Manager maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensure that each patient receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, providing, solid product knowledge and all other components of exemplary guest service.
· Analyze and measure sales trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives in the team and each individual member of the team.
· Train, supervise and evaluate all departmental employees to assure compliance with departmental SOP's
· Engage and inspire store teams to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment.
· Ensure departmental compliance with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program and HIPPA regulations including but not limited to confidentiality, training, patient record keeping, creation, review and submission of reports, preparation of policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-through monthly one on one meetings with team members and audits.
· Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews accompanied by written plans for improvement, as applicable.
· Conduct and oversee audits.
· Ensure proper management of pre-packaged inventory and inventory movement between the vault and dispensing stations.
· Ensures a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
· Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.
· Overseeing and ensure cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with Bio Track.
· Engage with managers in all departments to ensure smooth running of the dispensary including, delivery, cultivation, and security.
· Stays informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
· Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
· Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relations
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience with sales
· Excellent customer service skills
· 3+ years of Managerial skills.
· Leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a retail store setting or at least five years of experience in customer-facing sales in a business solutions environment.

The FP&A Analyst at Curaleaf will be providing senior management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. The FP&A group is responsible for running the annual budgeting process, as well as for managing cash flow forecast models, variance analysis, and other financial performance tools. An FP&A analyst will often liaise with treasury staff to discuss cash flows and expenditures.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate financial reports and provide timely analysis to meet monthly deadlines
- Assist sales efforts as needed to include sales team support and external retailer facing collaboration
- Provide support in creating and maintaining business intelligence reports for the Senior Leadership Team
- Partner with senior leadership to create annual operating budgets
- Work directly with senior leadership to analyze budget variances and track revenue and expense trends on a monthly basis
