What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for packaging and labeling manufactured products according to work standards and specifications.
- Set up work cell according to standard work layout and placement
- Perform 5S assignments to maintain a safe and clean workplace
- Adhere to and accurately complete/review production related documents
- Restock inventory of production materials necessary to achieve daily production goals
- Count inventory as assigned to maintain inventory accuracy of raw materials, Work in Process and Finished goods
- Reconciling labels and batch review throughout the shift
- Maintain proper labeling, usage and storage of chemical supplies
- Use equipment and instruments in a safe manner according to standard operating procedures
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance tasks as assigned and outlined in SOP’s
- Perform scale verification checks according to methods and frequency outlined in product specifications and SOP’s.
- Maintaining accurate and reliable record keeping including hour by hour boards, batch records, inventory counting sheets, 5S sheets, data charts and all other pertinent information as assigned
What You’ll Need:
You will have strong knowledge of weights and measurements, possess great attention to detail, and will have excellent hand dexterity. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

We are looking for a Dispensary Lead to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interaction
- Recognize and appropriately respond to the patients with ease and compassion
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions
- Multi-task, think critically and work quickly to resolve problems as they arise
- Create and execute patient orders based on the needs described by the patient
- Keep current with company policies and procedures
- Responsible for opening and/or closing of the dispensary (key holder)
- Balance cash and product inventory as part of the daily procedure
- Observing and participating in patient services during consultation and sale
- Maintain accountability in relation to the duties assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2+ year customer service
- Strong customer service skills
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
- 1 – 3 years in a retail environment managing a team
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical marijuana, a plus
- Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems * Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must successfully pass a state background check. Physical and Environmental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours a day and rotating shifts mostly standing;
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays;
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds;
- Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday;
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time;
- Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions:
- General office environment;
- Extended computer usage;
- Extended phone usage including teleconferences

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
