Summary/Objective
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the security of people and property at Alma Health Human Services LLC and, when requested, at the Parea BioSciences LLC facility in accordance with all security policies and procedures of each individual entity.
Job Duties

Multi Craft Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the oversight of the Parea BioSciences (“PAREA”) Facility. The role is a crucial and must be performed thoroughly. The Maintenance Technician will perform all activities within the facility are in full compliance with State DOH regulations. He/she will be responsible for the safety and training of all vendors and contractors. The Maintenance Technician responsible to perform to perform ongoing facility maintenance and complete repairs on equipment. Their duties include repairing machinery, plumbing, heating, and wiring, inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards and scheduling major repairs with the building inhabitants.

Summary/Objective
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the record keeping of all plant inventory. Inventory Coordinator does routine physical inventories of all medical marijuana seeds, immature medical marijuana plants, and mature medical marijuana plants. Responsible for assisting the Inventory Manager to keep track of accurate records of plants in the STS.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
The Inventory Coordinator’s duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assisting the Inventory and Logistics Manager with monthly (and as needed) inventory of all immature and mature medical marijuana plants.
- Responsible for secondary record keeping on physical plant locations and coordination between departments.
- Assisting the Inventory and Logistics Manager with completion of annual comprehensive inventory of all medical marijuana seeds, immature medical marijuana plants, and mature medical marijuana plants.
- Updating and/or reviewing records for all plant movements from propagation, vegetation, and flowering stages of immature/mature medical marijuana plants.
- Assisting in accurate harvest weight tracking during harvests.
- Strong understanding of the required state tracking system, MJ Freeway.
- Completing regular inventories of all supplies needed for the facility, including but not limited to: packaging supplies, grow supplies, nutrients, general facility supplies.
- Restocking and upkeep of facility supply levels.
- Ordering of new supplies under approval from Inventory and Logistics Manager.
- Assisting in tracking movement of preprocessed, processed, and finished medical marijuana products between the vault and processing areas of the facility.
- Assisting in allocating and compliance labeling of finished medical marijuana products into shipping containers for delivery to dispensaries.
- Assisting with packaging of shipments of medical marijuana products to dispensaries.
- Assisting in ensuring all manifests are correct and match physical counts of outgoing inventory to dispensaries.
