The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the security of people and property at Alma Health Human Services LLC and, when requested, at the Parea BioSciences LLC facility in accordance with all security policies and procedures of each individual entity.

Summary/Objective
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for providing the patient/caregiver with product information and knowledge needed to make an appropriate product selection. The PCC will educate the patient on various products, cannabinoids, strains, and administration methods. The PCC is responsible for performing the sales transactions and ensuring the patient receives the appropriate product in the appropriate dosage and form.
Job Duties

Patient Intake Coordinator

Summary/Objective
The Patient Intake Coordinator (PIC) is responsible for greeting and the sign-in of all patients, visitors, delivery personnel, and employees. The PIC is also responsible for the dispersion of all KCIW provided paperwork to patients. The PIC will assist every new patient/caregiver in completing KCIW paperwork, explain the dispensary procedures, and answer any questions the patient/caregiver may have. The PIC is also responsible for answering the dispensary telephone.

The Dispensary Manager’s primary duty is the day-to-day oversight of the dispensary reception and the dispensary sales floor. JOB SUMMARY
Join our KCIW team in Williamsport , PA - as a Patient Intake Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to assist patients in checking into the dispensary and collecting their information. Patient Intake Coordinator engages in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until the Pharmacist is ready for their appointment. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and KCIW will be required.
