Job Description
The Cannabis Sales Consultant (CSC) is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. The CSC will promote a positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant work environment This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at the retail PharmaCann location.
The CSC is responsible for compliance with all policy and procedures and all other operational objectives of the business., as well as executing visual standards and presentation needs to customer requirements, product performance, along with sales and marketing objectives. The CSC must be passionate about their role and have a strong willingness to help people become educated about cannabis.
Base Pay: $19.00/ Hour + Medical Benefits, 401K & PTO
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Meet & exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.

- Maintain up to date knowledge on products and industry knowledge, including cannabis laws and regulation.
- Proactively answer customer questions and ensure knowledge of products and usage.
- Execute high customer experience standards, to include a world-class culture and industry-leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Accountable for accurately utilizing PharmaCann's Point of Sale system.
- Execute customer transactions with high attention to detail and ensure accuracy in register transactions.
- Execute PharmaCann's dispensary protocols including safety protocols.
- Complies with all security, safety, and legal requirements.
- Must be able to accommodate flexible scheduling expectations including weekend, evening, and holiday schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized point of sale area.
- This role is required to assist and/or perform other duties as assigned, as well as in other functions of the operation, including but not limited to: call center, inventory, outreach, security, delivery acceptance, delivery, and visual merchandising.
- Dependent upon the state and/or location, this position may be required to hold a current driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations)
- A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures
- Intermediate-level math skills
- Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Strong computer-based skills
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
- Business-minded personality
- A highly self-motivated and ethical individual
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
Working conditions
- Requires weekend/holidays altering rotation
- Requires overtime according to business needs
- Must remove all jewelry, including rings, brooches, watches, pins, earrings, necklaces and visible piercings. In addition, false nails, nail polish, false eyelashes and any other object that may possibly contaminate food is not allowed in the processing/production areas
- Requires work in varying temperature-controlled environments
Physical requirements
Standing, walking, bending, working with hands/arms at an extended horizontally or above head position for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, lifting/carrying product totes, pushing carts, moving and making adjustments to process equipment.

Job Description
The Per Diem Pharmacist of the dispensary is a registered Pharmacist who is responsible for providing an outstanding patient experience while maximizing revenue goals, assisting the General Manager in leading the development of the dispensary staff, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. This sales-oriented individual should be passionate about the benefits of medical cannabis and making a difference in our patients' lives.
Duties and responsibilities:
Retail Operations
- Drive retail sales and patient retention
- Maintain all store operational standards
- Oversee inventory standards are maintained on-site.
- Operate POS and corresponding systems
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws
- Maintains a safe, clean environment for patients and employees
- Maintain patient confidentiality
Patient Care:
- Develop high customer experience standards and engagement through sales training and product knowledge.
- Assist patients with their questions, problems, and complaints
- Handle all patient-related issues in accordance with company policy
- Promote a positive experience for all patients
- Direct and oversee in coordination with the General Manager all patient interactions and provide clinical oversight
- Coordinate with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomes
- Promote PharmaCann customer service culture
- Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects
- Understand the efficacy of variance strains, potencies, and methods of delivery
- Understand and recommend dosing based upon patient conditions
- Follow all processes to ensure accurate and safety protocols and SOPs are maintained as part of the quality assurance program
- Ensure on-the-job safety of all employees and treatment for employee injuries sustained on the job
- Supervise and coordinate delivery operations and provide clinical oversight
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacist license in good standing
- Flexible availability
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
- 3 years of multi-unit retail or similar operation experience
- Required state/local licenses/permits/certifications for work being performed

- Flexible to fill in for scheduled vacations, and unscheduled shifts
- Passionate about, and willingness to become knowledgeable about medical marijuana

Job Description
The Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for leading the dispensary team by setting personal examples that continuously improves all quality, training and customer experience programs. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all sales and customer experience goals at PharmaCann.
The ideal candidate is a business process oriented professional with demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Lead by example by consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales volume and KPI goals, and support Cannabis Sales Consultants to do the same
- Develop and facilitate high customer experience standards, to include excellent customer centered culture and industry leading customer engagement through sales training and product knowledge
- Execute a world class hospitality program to drive repeat business through strong local grassroots networking and customer data capture
- Assist store supervisors with executing business initiatives in an effective and efficient manner
- Report to Manager, Sales and Customer Experience to identify training and development needs and support of Cannabis Sales Consultants.
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the stores
- Accountable for accurately utilizing PharmaCann's Point of Sale system
- Execute PharmaCann's dispensary protocols including safety protocols
- Manage direct reports schedules, time and attendance, leave requests
- Active participant in the recruitment, interview and hire process of filling open positions in a timely manner based on store performance and volume
- Train employees in expected operational standards using appropriate tools such as SOP's, compliance audits, company and state policy and procedures
- Set up a training calendar and ensure associate onboarding and new hire training completion
- Manage continuous training and development with team members through training curriculums that provide consistency across all stores
- Oversee direct reports performance and deliver team members' performance appraisals in partnership with management; collaborate on team member' performance management, succession planning, development of members strengths and improvement of weaknesses
- Conduct investigations as necessary, coach team members on performance, attendance, violation of company and compliance policies, and carry through disciplinary actions, up to and including terminations, in partnership with management and HR
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store
