About this position:
This is a full-time position inEl Mirage working with our production team. You will be responsible for ensuring our dispensary customers recieve their orders in a timely manner and what they recieve is compliant, accurate and they love ordering from us!
Duties will include:
- Recieving and organizing orders to ensure both our customers and internal staff is informed on the status of each order
- Packaging and Invoicing Orders out of our Inventory System and in QuickBooks
- Coordinating and Schedule Delivery Drivers to Ensure Orders go out
- Communicating with Dispensaries on any and all questions relating to their orders
- Processing event credits and product returns as they come in
- Any additional administrative duties requests from management

This is a fulltime position where the invoicing will take approximately 20 hours a week; this task requires a person with great attention to detail to ensure invoices are correct and our documentation is compliance with the state. Ultimately, the invoicing assistant makes sure the orders leave with the proper product, paperwork, and employee each and every time.
The remainder of the workweek will be filled doing a variety of administrative tasks. They may include but are not limited to filling our and organizing our complaince documentation, processing promotional credits and returns, deliveries and running miscellaneous errands.
