The Inventory Control and Assurance Supervisor is responsible for all production / cultivation control specialists and leads. Responsible and accountable for ensuring real time up-to-date inventory tracking, trending and sales to ensure product availability, implementing new systems and protocols (in accordance with Operations and Compliance), and conducting internal audits and quarterly/annual inventories. and 5) ensuring appropriate staffing levels and high-level management of personnel issues 5) plans and manages distribution operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Authority and Supervision:
- Reports directly to the Inventory Control and Assurance Manager
- Works closely with Production Supervisors, Distro Supervisors and Retail Supervisors
- Has oversight over the Inventory Control and Assurance Shift Lead and Specialists
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Oversee Inventory tracking for all Cultivation, Production, and Research and Development needs.
- Oversee functions of product integrity
- Responsible for inventory logistics and management within the production and cultivation facilities
- Collaborate with Systems and IT departments to help create tools and efficiencies
- Optimize and analyze tools and functions
- Responsible for partnering with local and state departments for Compliance
- Responsible for identifying supply chain workflows for new and existing product lines
- Partner with Production and Cultivation Managers to ensure physical and digital workflows are in sync and compliant
- Provide key performance indicators and data sets to market leaders
- Develop and maintain safety standards
- Develop Leadership skills within staff
- General oversight of lab sampling and tracking protocol
- Ensure cultivation and production output quantity goals are met on a weekly basis
- Responsible for the creation of workflows for all new products
- Responsible for quality control and assurance follow ups for departments and proposing new strategies to avoid future instances
- General oversight over all product sampling
- Drive efficiencies in production through supply chain management
- Manage physical and electronic aspects of supply chain
- Lead contact for all production related software issues related to Leaf Logix and METRC
- Partner and assist in Production Scheduling in order to fill store needs
- Responsible for oversight and implementation of inventory tracking, new protocol, process review, and compliance.
- May assist in Seed to Sale Product Master data entry
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories for cultivation, production, manufacturing, and warehouse sites, addressing and correcting discrepancies, while collaborating with the Inventory Supervisor and Department leads on how to prevent repeat occurrences
- Point of Contact for Research and Development needs that involve medicated materials.
- Responsible for departmental performance goals, development/coaching, and planning
- Responsible for managing the test processes and rollout of any new product, providing relevant training documentation and ensuring all components are compliant with local and state requirements.
- Implementation and maintenance of a real time inventory system, which is traceable and reduces discrepancies.
- Create and implement Seed to Sale Systems and creates inventory best practices.
- Provide oversight of training regarding inventory and processes, and create policies and procedures to document NETA processes.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- Ability to travel and work from Franklin
- 1 year in the NETA Inventory Department
- Positive, collaborative and strong work ethic
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to address problems and resolve in a professional manner.
- Extensive experience with computers, Point of Sale software and technology resources.
- Excellent organizational, statistical analysis, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Expert level knowledge of Seed to sale systems, and NETA operating systems
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in vault room as well as lab and prep kitchen environment.
- Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and consistent attention to detail for 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously. Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted and up to 80 lbs assisted.
