What you'll be doing:
- Application of processes, products, and techniques that will increase plant health, lower costs or improve skills. Implement recommended innovations to ensure that Canndescent remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Perform duties in compliance with all state requirements.
- Use appropriate PPE equipment, materials, training, and problem solving to achieve the goal of each application.
- Maintain all equipment in a manner which results in regular preventive maintenance and so that equipment is operating properly prior to each use.
- Report all problems early enough to implement effective control prior to harvesting and prior to economic damage. Anticipate potential crises for the purpose of avoiding crop loss or lack of availability.
Essential Work Habits:
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with all fellow employees and across all departments. Promote positive morale by working effectively as a team member across departments.
- Maintain a high level of accessibility for upper management.
