The Inside Sales and Marketing Rep will ensure current customer satisfaction while marketing products offered by Burning Acre to current and new clientele. All necessary training is provided. Must be at least 21 years old to sell Delta-8 products. This is a hybrid schedule meaning some hours in the office/store and some hours customer-facing for marketing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
- Reports to the General Manager.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Calls on current customers to gage fulfillment and discuss renewal options.
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
- Markets to new sales leads over the phone and in-person.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Attends marketing events as needed.

- Must be able to travel
Compensation Plan: Exempt: Base $36,000 Commission: 25% of initial sale, 15% trailing commission on each subsequent purchase
