Summary/Objective
Panacea is committed to delivering safe, high-quality products and services to the health and wellness industry. Our business vision is to become the lowest cost, highest quality cannabinoid producer in the markets we serve by utilizing current good manufacturing practices, offering better quality assurance with cannabinoid products free from pesticides and heavy metals, providing better patient and doctor access to cannabinoid education and sourcing better equipment or devices.
This position will report to the Director of Sales and is responsible for generating new sales leads for Panacea and its Ambassador Sales Representative Program, including (a) Pana Retail (b) White label business, and (c) contract manufacturing. This position also involves support to current in-house accounts, our ambassadors and sales executives, with sales and marketing efforts and customer service. In addition, this position will be responsible for data entry of sales orders and data input into our retail software system (RangeMe).
Essential Functions:
- Strong communication skills and willingness to be aggressive and foster new relationships
- Assist the DOS with the management and day to day tasks for Panacea’s Ambassador sales program.
- Work directly with each ambassador to help drive new and repeat business
- Generate leads and prospects from calling lists provided
- Create and generate new leads for white label and contract manufacturing opportunities
- Responsible for submittals to RangeMe
- Responsible for the VICKI vending machine sales and tracking
- Prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers
- Expert on Panacea products, business segments and selling process
- Establish strong relationships with prospective and existing customers using various prospecting, business development and communication techniques
- Increase revenue from new and existing customers as assigned
- Maintains working knowledge of applications and customer solutions
- Attends periodic meetings and training classes as required
- Prepares complete and accurate paperwork based on corporate policy and procedure
- Is proficient in the regular use of the Monday.com tool for documenting new account acquisition
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors in Business related degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft office products, Google Docs
One year of experience in sales and/or customer support
Working knowledge of Manufacturing, CBD or Cannabis industry terminology, products, and services preferred
Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team

This is a Regular Full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday within the 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM window. However, the position may require additional hours to complete the assigned work in a timely manner.
Travel.:
All work is required onsite at Golden facility. Some travel may be required from time to time for business purposes.
