We are hiring a Hemp CBD Inside sales associate to join our existing top-notch team.This Hemp CBD Inside sales associate role is a critical component within the sales team to drive new business. The sales associate is often the customer’s first experience with Procana so this team member will need to be able to make a great first impression over the telephone.
The Hemp CBD Inside sales associate position requires cold calling, calling potential pharmacies, health/wellness stores, nutrition stores and vape/smoke shops; creating contact, building rapport and following up on samples sent.
The ideal candidate will be professional, polished and punctual (on -time), have a strong work ethic and an interest in health/wellness with an understanding of CBD/Cannabis.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 1-2 years of experience in phone sales
- Outstanding communication skills
- Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality
- Be adaptable to a fast pace environment
- Ability to think, plan and sell strategically
- Familiar with CRM platforms
