Cannabis Full Time Cannabis Packaging Production Jobs

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a full time Grammer / Packager to join our Packaging Department.
This position is working full time in the packaging department performing tasks such as: gramming cannabis concentrates, filling cartridges, assembling gram boxes, affixing labels, and other duties as assigned.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, full time, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Experience is not required. This is an entry-level position.
We may consider a higher starting wage for an experienced candidate with references.

Newt Brothers Artisanal is a family-owned & operated, fully-licensed cannabis business in Denver Colorado. We have a cultivation facility, extraction lab, and a chocolate workshop. Newt Brothers operates a Clean-Room facility. We take extraordinary steps to ensure we grow the cleanest marijuana possible and extract it with care; plus we take steps to reduce our environmental impact as well. The end-result is clean, beautiful, and high-quality products delivered to licensed dispensaries throughout Colorado.

REQUIRED:

• MUST have a current/valid Marijuana Enforcement Division badge.
• Must stay current and obey all rules and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division.
• Requires the ability to stand and/or sit for long hours.
• Requires consistent hand-eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.
• Requires mastery of the English language
• Must be able to follow instructions, and work independently with supervisory oversight.
• Must follow all policies & procedures for our Clean-Room facility, which includes showering upon entering the premises and wearing medical scrubs and nitrile gloves while working. Scrubs and gloves are provided.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the processing of cannabis in preparation for sale

• Must demonstrate proficiency, organization, and attention to detail

• Must be able to take any supervisors instructions to improve skill and speed so ensure the best quality product and to work cohesively as a team

• Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching

• Requires eye-hand coordination

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Experience in the cannabis industry is highly desirable, but not required

• Must be 21+ years of age and to able to pass a background check if necessary upon hiring

Job Type: Full-time
