We currently have 20 entrepreneurial groups developing the franchise across 10 states – with shops open in Colorado and Oklahoma. We are looking for a high energy, ultra-organized pro to become part of our team and work with a wide variety of potential entrepreneurs that are interested in joining the national network of Unity Rd. cannabis dispensary franchise partners. The Franchise Development Lead Specialist is tasked with articulating the value proposition of our franchise to prospects and qualifying them through the initial steps of the sales process to ensure they are awesome enough to talk to our development team. This position will also work to organize our team of development sprinters for activities such as shows, advertising, onboarding and more.

Who You Are:

• Amazing communication skills over the phone
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills – everyone you meet likes you!
• Exceptionally organized, naturally proactive and strong time management skills
• Positive, can-do-it attitude and team spirit
• Solid command of Microsoft Office products
• Franchise experience a plus
• Proficient in CRM management (FranConnect a huge bonus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
