Hammer Enterprises, a US-based, vertically integrated multi-state cannabis operator is seeking a Executive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the sales and marketing department. A high-growth cannabis company, nationally known for quality, trust, and reliability, Hammer Enterprises has the executive expertise and research and development capabilities to provide leading service, selection, and accessibility across the medical and adult-use markets, as well as within the white label CBD category.
As Sales and Marketing Executive Coordinator you will have a strong business acumen and a proven track record of building trust within the team and with clients alike. You will have a background in managing multiple responsibilities with a strong eye for detail in all that you do. You will be highly involved in account retention, client follow up, generating media activity, and following up on leads as necessary. In addition, you will have a keen eye to understand which account and clients need special attention to retain for a sustainable long-term relationship.

You will work collaboratively with company leadership, industry partners, sales representatives, operations, and marketing to accelerate revenue growth. Essential Functions (included, but not limited to):
First major responsibility – Order Processing (15% of time)
· Final check and/or preparation of Purchase Orders, Opportunity and Booking forms. Checking for errors and problems before providing to Revenue Operations for data entry into ZOHO.
· Act as the liaison between multiple stakeholders for efficient communication flow.
Second major responsibility – Sales Process/Executive Assistance (35% of time)
· Monitor and maintain assigned program(s) by assisting sales with documentations and program rules.
· Provide communication and education on current processes and best practices.
· Research inquiries and assist internal and external customers.
· Notify the Sales team of end of quarter priorities and notices, particularly as they relate to the timeliness of the Sales Order Number and closed status of ZOHO opportunities.
· Assist with the development and maintenance of account relationships.
· Communicate and manage all ongoing communication with customers, accounts and patients.
· Make recommendations and assists in developing new procedures and programs.
· Serve as liaison between multiple stakeholders for efficient communication flow.
· Back up Sales Operations on monitoring of SKU orderability status emails; engage with sales where appropriate to ensure they understand the impacts.
· Maintain complex calendar including scheduling all appointments, meetings and conference calls
· Screen and prioritize incoming phone calls and correspondence
· Draft documents and presentations and organize, maintain and update files and records.
· Perform as project leader on small projects.
· Participate in business development by assisting with the creation of strategies for targeting and gaining access to existing and new prospects
Third major responsibility – Pre & Post Sale Assistance (50% of time)
· Perform ZOHO opportunity ‘scrubbing’ to ensure that any invoice request’s have the correct SKU, configuration and pricing included.
· Provide updated information to CSO to perform updates to install base site changes.
· Back up CSO and Operations on data maintenance in ZOHO.
· PO error tracking and trending report review.
· Coordinate expedite requests to meet customer timetables.
· Primary support to the Distribution Partner Manager for managing distribution purchase orders - processing of purchase orders; tracking for Inside Sales; support role for distribution sales representatives.
· Works with Sales Operations Team to ensure the integrity of the ZOHO data
· Answer accurately and promptly, pre and post sales questions from partners and Hammer Enterprises sales teams
· Builds productive internal/external working relationships to facilitate ease of doing business with Hammer Enterprises
· Responsible for upholding Hammer Enterprises Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred along with 2-3 year supporting an executive function or serving in a customer facing role OR a equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Great communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
· Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills
· Understanding and proficient in Microsoft/Google products
· The ability to learn new software quickly
