This is an exciting role for an individual that will help transform our distribution operation into a well-oiled, digital machine. The job requires a mix of Encompass/ERP chops, strong communication skills and the ability to follow processes. Approximately 50% of time will be spent interacting with business users working to refine and create new processes and the other 50% will be spent following processes and managing the flow of data into our ERP.
As Kiva's Encompass Administrator, you'll...
- Take ownership of existing processes and new functionality related to our Encompass ERP system
- Manage all incoming pricing requests and setup, as it relates to suppliers, customers, and Kiva Sales & Service.
- Manage all Customer setup and change requests
- Manager all User Setup and change requests
- Identify issues and opportunities in those processes by coordinating with stakeholders, understanding and prioritize their challenges with respect to Kiva’s overall goals
- Develop new processes to make creating products, customers and make pricing changes in the ERP system easier and automated.
- Translate and organize requirements/processes and specifications from business users to technical designs, flow diagrams, and other tools as needed
What you'll need...
- Encompass ERP system knowledge is requested but experience with any ERPs is a plus, specifically for supply chain and/or manufacturing
- A Bachelors in Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
- Understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with relational databases, and ERP administration
- Experience designing, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new processes
- 1+ years experience working with IT systems, in cannabis a plus
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Ability to prioritize work and execute projects independently and as part of a larger team
