Store Managers are fully responsible for their retail location. They take responsibility for the store as if it was their own: assuring it’s well-stocked, compliant, and welcoming to customers and patients. Store Managers will reliably support the Regional Operations Manager in enforcing policies and procedures at the retail level. Store Managers oversee all facets of their particular retail location on a day-to-day and strategic level, focusing on short and long-term successes. Responsibilities:
- Administer: develop and implement rules, regulations, policies, and procedures while advancing the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
