analysis of product throughout process). Process marijuana plants ( take down & break down plants, separate bins by
product type, prepare fresh frozen & dry/cure material for extraction, etc.). Must be able to maintain an average company standard for processed bins. Maintain equipment stations in clean and orderly fashion at all times. Assist in related work such as inventory, product preparation, trimming, sanitary practices, waste protocols, cleaning of tools and facility, etc. Learn and uphold product quality standards. Understand, abide by, and enforce AZ Department of Health Services (“AZDHS”) rules, regulations and compliance standards. Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Complete daily checklists of tasks with efficiency and precision. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment. Safely and compliantly move cannabis products throughout the facility. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.

PAY AND BENEFITS:
$15.00/hour starting base pay. Eligibility for performance based-pay incentives beginning after 60 days of full-time employment (reviewed every 3 months). The higher your bin production average, the more you earn, up to
