JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – RECEPTIONIST:
- Welcome visitors and customer by warmly greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and apply relationship/rapport building principles and best practices to advance a positive experience and on-going relationship with customer.
- Provide customers cannabis information and educational resources regarding strains, methods of administration, effects, and precautions related to their consumption of marijuana products.
- Understand, abide by, and enforce AZ Department of Health Services (“AZDHS”) rules, regulations and compliance standards.
- Operate a cash register. Itemize and total purchases by recording prices, departments, discounts/specials, and regulation limits.
- Accurately process payments from customers; issue receipts, refunds, credits, and provide customers cash change when necessary.
- Monitor Lobby / Patient Waiting Room ensuring a safe, clean and professional working environment. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and professional working environment.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate business for dispensary.
- Balance cash drawer and inventories by auditing at beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate organization for other team members.

Extraction Associate (Postproduction Tech)
JOB OVERVIEW/JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Extraction Associate/Postproduction Tech supports the post-production needs of all extraction processes. Post-production associates will assist the extraction technicians by overseeing all product consistencies under the Canamo Concentrate product lines. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, efficacy, and efficiency of all post-production processes. The post-production associates will strictly follow the company’s standard operating procedures and quality control measures to maintain production of high-quality products. The position is responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks including measuring, creating, refining of medical/recreational marijuana products. The post-production associate must monitor and maintain the laboratory environment and its equipment in accordance with company standards and state regulations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Properly handle post-extraction material with care and attention.
- Perform all post-production task following standard operating procedures.
- Provide vital systematic cleaning and sanitization of the post-production equipment, and space.
- Understand and comply to procedures, methodologies, and compliance steps for tracking cannabis product from seed to sale.
- Ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing, standard operating procedures and proper documentation.
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing all applicable personal protective equipment, etc.
- Sanitize all post-production equipment and tools including workspace, utensils, containers, and machinery.
- Assist Extraction Lead with the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with state regulations.
- Ensure that all post-production equipment and operating booth are operating at full efficiency with daily upkeep.
- Assist Director of Extraction with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products, as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
- Ensure the above information is accurate, appropriately documented and listed clearly in accordance with the state regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have knowledge of or in the process of learning about cannabis processing, post-production and extraction.
- Must have understanding of functions relating to an extraction laboratory and post- production requirements.
- Familiar with industry terminology and scientific techniques of a commercial cannabis lab.

QUALIFICATIONS QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced packaging team members. As part of our packaging staff your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Sorting and Packaging all Marijuana products leaving the Sonoran Roots facility (Bulk Flower, Pre-Pack, Pre-Rolls, Trim, Fresh Frozen, etc.)
- Staging orders for the Sales department in preparation for deliveries
- Maintaining accuracy in labeling procedures
- Understanding how and where specific products are stored in the facility
- Maintaining an accurate count of product in active inventory at all times
- Being able to work well with others and offer support wherever is needed
- Able to consistently show up on time
All packaging members, after training, will have a solid understanding of all the policies and procedures they must follow when performing packaging duties. Members will often be split into groups of 2-3 and assigned a task. It is important that you can work well with others and work efficiently through that specific packaging duty. Packagers must have good attention to detail and understand that the packaging department is the last place product goes before it hits the dispensary shelves. Therefore, packagers should take great pride in their work.

Superior Phenos LLC (SP) is looking for a innovative, collaborative Plant Molecular Biologist and motivated team player. This individual will have strong problem-solving skills and a broad technical experience in plant transformation and molecular biology to help us to revolutionize cannabis breeding and plant health.
This position will build functional complementation and high-throughput screening assays to discover next generation gene editing targets that will improve plant health and fitness. The successful applicant will be a strong laboratory scientist with deep knowledge of molecular biology and genetics, experience developing functional complementation in bacteria, yeast, plants, and/or other organisms, and capabilities to collaborate across multiple projects and functional teams.
Provide molecular marker support to SP programs by developing new markers and associated technology platforms. Use bioinformatics tools to manipulate and analyze large DNA sequence data sets. Program areas include marker-assisted selection (MAS), seed and plant health testing for plant pathogens, hybrid purity, Intellectual Property efforts and variety identification.
The position is responsible for performing extensive steps requiring pipetting, evaluation of data at QC checkpoints, and various molecular techniques that include but are not limited to, plant tissue culture, RNA/DNA extractions, PCR, RT-PCR, Next Generation Sequencing, solution and reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, laboratory inventory, sample tracking, ordering supplies and receiving packages.

Role Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and build functional complementation assays for plant trait discovery.
- Execute laboratory experiments and functional screening assays to identify new candidate gene editing targets.
- Identify new markers with potential for application and quality assurance (including seed health, variety ID, and hybrid purity).
- Develop the application of new markers, including primer design and outsourced sequencing as needed, and initial evaluation of germplasm. Involvement in de-novo trait-linked marker discovery projects as resources allow.
- Apply bioinformatics tools to enable manipulation and analysis of large sets of sequence data for use in marker development.
- Help to monitor, evaluate, and bring in-house appropriate new technology platforms for molecular marker analysis.
