WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Oversee multi-state operations and business activities to ensure desired results and consistency with overall strategy and mission

Develop business strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives
- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies to maintain legality and consistency
- Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

Maintain a deep knowledge of the cannabis industry and the diverse markets it serves
- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
- Manage in depth insight on the market's competitive landscape, including comprehensive SWOT analysis
- Serve as the face of Mammoth within different states for key business development, partnerships, and government relations opportunities
- Create a comprehensive roadmap and strategy for the entire operations organization, and implement appropriate metrics and reporting

Build relationships with all departments in order to leverage internal centers of expertise to support expansion
- Review and report localized market industry trends to leadership team
- Help problem-solve customer issues, respond to inquiries in a timely manner and promote a positive customer service experience
- Create actionable plans for growth
- Analyze both the short and long-term needs of the company's operations strategy and design/enable tactics to fulfill operational needs
- Enjoy traveling to various states, events, etc. to meet with business partners, employees, vendors, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned

- Clear vision, hearing and speech
- Adaptable and willing to work in a variety of environments (some environments may experience extreme temperatures from hot to cold)
- Available and willing to travel 33% of the time
- Able to sit and work at a computer for 8+ hours a day
