Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator / Manager
Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator / Manager is responsible for the production, execution, and continuous improvement of The Fire Station Cannabis Company’s digital marketing channels. The manager will oversee marketing efforts across the company’s social media accounts, #TFSLife blog, enterprise CRM, mobile application, and more.
Minimum qualifications: (Coordinator)
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or similar field
- A minimum of one year full-time or equivalent experience working in a marketing field
- Experience creating original content for digital marketing channels and deploying that content
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to creatively problem solve
Minimum qualifications: (Manager)
- A minimum of three years experience working in digital marketing, with at least two of those managing enterprise-level social media accounts
- Extensive digital content creation and/or direction experience
- Experience creating and editing content within a website CMS
- Experience with influencer marketing with proven ability to manage online influencers
- High familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Preferred qualifications:
- Retail marketing experience

Work Environment
- State & Municipal Law - TFS operates in full compliance with all rules and regulations enforced by the State of Michigan’s Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) and Marihuana Regulatory Agency (MRA). Further, TFS operates in full compliance with the rules and regulations of each municipality they are located within. To operate in compliance with such rules and regulations, employees are required to follow all policies created and enforced by and within TFS facilities.

Work Schedule

Salary/Wage & Benefits
TFS offers enrollment into Health, Dental and Vision insurance packages through TFS, provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Employees are eligible if they are full time employees who have been employed for 90 days or more. Other benefits are offered to both PT and FT employees.
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience and educational background.
