Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Director with strategic marketing initiatives to acquire new customers, increase average order value and lifetime value
- Create and optimize customer re-engagement strategies and email flows to maximize LTV and customer retention
- Assist team with website design update / rebranding. Work in collaboration with Creative Director and SEO Manager.
- Manage paid ad campaigns and track performance
- Manage promotional calendar and email/text promotions
- Assist with project management working closely team consisting of Copywriter, Content Writer, Creative Director/Designer, SEO Manager, Affiliate Manager, Brand Sponsorships / Media Buyer).
- Project manage various marketing initiatives in collaboration with CEO on an ad-hoc basis
- Create marketing collateral for B2C and B2B marketing initiatives in collaboration with Creative Director
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (ecommerce preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Wordpress/WooCommerce, Shopify)
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
