Delivery Driver
Part time (non-exempt)
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for making deliveries of medical marijuana to dispensaries within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as part of a driving team. Under direction of the Logistics Supervisor, the driver may also plan routes to ensure timely deliveries following all PA Department of Health regulations. Exceptional customer service will be a key tenet of this position.
This position is considered safety sensitive, is essential to company operations, and will be located at our facility in Duncannon.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure safe transportation of medical marijuana product to receiving dispensaries.
- Complete all deliveries on time, communicating any delays to the Logistics Supervisor and receiving dispensary.
- Communicate with packaging and wholesale team(s) to resolve any issues.
- Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork including manifests, checklists, rejection sheets, etc.
- Ensure detailed vehicle records are kept including driver logs, maintenance sheets, damage reports, noted issues, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery routes based on the needs of the business.
- Prior experience in a delivery setting is desired, but not required.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of all Commonwealth regulations for delivery/distribution of medical cannabis, ensuring strict compliance.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop positive rapport with dispensary partners.
- Demonstrated time management and organization skills.
- Demonstrated accountability, proactive behavior, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work and prioritize in a heavily regulated, complex, fast-paced environment.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move 75 pounds (125 with assistance) or more. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment may include exposure to fumes, dust, odors, heights, indoor/no AC, motion, and moderate to loud noises. The work environment may also include work in a general office environment with extended computer and telephone usage. The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hearing and/or eye protection, slip-resistant shoes, etc. will be required.
This position will require schedule flexibility to include days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
