Wellness Associate
In collaboration with the General Manager, the Wellness Associate is responsible for assisting patients, dispensing and sales of medical cannabis, inventory management, and will assist the General Manager in the transfer of cannabis products and strains between the vault and the dispensary floor during operational hours. This position will be located at our Fogelsville dispensary with full and part time opportunities available.
Looking for availability on Tuesday through Saturday 10:45 - 7:15
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the General Manager to resolve patient complaints, concerns, and issues.
- Assist the General Manager with the overall cleanliness of the facility by cleaning workstations, restocking strain jars, and cleaning the interior and exterior of showcases.
- Assist the Pharmacist and the General Manager with daily and weekly inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain the highest level of patient and company confidentiality at all times.

Staff Accountant
Full time (exempt)
Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Staff Accountant will oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions for all operating units and provide accounting as well as inventory support. This position will maintain financial records ensuring transactions are properly recorded and reconciled to the general ledger while preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. The Staff Accountant is a key member of the Finance team providing support to the Accounting Manager as well as the Chief Financial Officer.
This position will be located at our corporate office in Harrisburg.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in the monthly accounting close, including reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, expense analysis of P&L accounts, and preparation of supported journal entries.
- Assist in documenting accounting policies/procedures to ensure financial transactions are in accordance with GAAP.
- Support the company’s quarterly financial forecast and annual planning processes.
- Record and maintain fixed assets and intangibles.
- Record dispensary and wholesale revenue; apply payments for accounts receivable across appropriate line of business.
- Daily reconciliation of corporate bank account.
- Research cash variances/discrepancies and escalate to leadership.
- Enter and code vendor invoices, ensuring invoices are valid, approved and properly coded.
- Complete and submit weekly check runs and schedule ACH payments for approval.

- Partner with team members to monitor inventory value and cost of goods sold
- Provide purchasing planning and control by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- In collaboration with Dispensary, Grow, and Process Operations team members, foster and develop positive, long-term relationships with suppliers/vendors.
Non-essential duties and responsibilities

The Senior Wellness Associate will also support junior associates through guidance, mentoring, and feedback.
This position will support patients at our Lansdale dispensary.

Delivery Driver
Part time (non-exempt)
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for making deliveries of medical marijuana to dispensaries within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as part of a driving team. Under direction of the Logistics Supervisor, the driver may also plan routes to ensure timely deliveries following all PA Department of Health regulations. Exceptional customer service will be a key tenet of this position.
This position is considered safety sensitive, is essential to company operations, and will be located at our facility in Duncannon.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure safe transportation of medical marijuana product to receiving dispensaries.
- Complete all deliveries on time, communicating any delays to the Logistics Supervisor and receiving dispensary.
- Communicate with packaging and wholesale team(s) to resolve any issues.
- Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork including manifests, checklists, rejection sheets, etc.
- Ensure detailed vehicle records are kept including driver logs, maintenance sheets, damage reports, noted issues, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery routes based on the needs of the business.
- Prior experience in a delivery setting is desired, but not required.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of all Commonwealth regulations for delivery/distribution of medical cannabis, ensuring strict compliance.

The Dispensary Pharmacist will support operations and maintain compliance within the dispensary as it relates to patient intake, certification, and consultation process. The Director of Extraction/Master Extractor is responsible to direct and lead extraction operations in a large-scale regulated, medical cannabis processing lab. Wellness Associate
In collaboration with the General Manager, the Wellness Associate is responsible for assisting patients, dispensing and sales of medical cannabis, inventory management, and will assist the General Manager in the transfer of cannabis products and strains between the vault and the dispensary floor during operational hours. Full and part time opportunities exist at our Harrisburg dispensary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with the General Manager to resolve patient complaints, concerns, and issues.
- Assist the General Manager with the overall cleanliness of the facility by cleaning workstations, restocking strain jars, and cleaning the interior and exterior of showcases.
- Assist the Pharmacist and the General Manager with daily and weekly inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain the highest level of patient and company confidentiality at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to a wide spectrum of patients in a friendly, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Accurately and efficiently process patient transactions.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all company products.
- Ensure that all duties are performed in accordance with company, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ask relevant questions to determine the best medicine for the patients’ concerns.
- Answer questions and provides general information and guidance for patients regarding policies and procedures as well as laws and regulations, communicating with sensitivity and respect.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and proper rotation.
- Operate POS system in efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will possess:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; College degree preferred.
- Proper licenses/certifications, if required.
- At least one-year retail experience.
- Prior point-of-sale experience preferred with the ability to learn POS system being required.
- Cannabis knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

PA Options for Wellness is looking for a Lead Cultivation Technician for its cultivation and processing facility in Duncannon, PA. This position will be responsible for plant care in all stages of cannabis growth, including propagation, vegetative, flowering, harvest, and post-harvest processing. The Lead Cultivation Technician will also be responsible for following standard operating procedures for all stages of production, as well as recording all relevant data through internal processes and statewide mandated reporting software. As the facility expands production, this position will help train and implement successful teams within the cultivation unit.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Propagation from both seed and vegetative cuttings.
- General plant care and cannabis specific cultivation practices, including watering, feeding, pruning, topping, low stress training, sanitation, and other cultivation related tasks.
- Record data regarding various growth stages, as well as all mandated requirements set forth by the PA Department of Health through the MJ Freeway reporting software.
- Monitor, analyze, and operate all water/fertigation systems.
- Inspect plants for pest and disease issues, implement appropriate IPM measures in accordance with state and Federal regulations.
- Monitor and analyze cultivation related inputs for production requirements; implement supply orders as needed.
- Evaluate appropriate harvest cycles in accordance with production schedules; adjust as needed.
- Assist the harvest and post-processing procedure, including harvest, defoliation, drying, trimming, curing, and other post-harvest related processes.
- Clean and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Support the training and onboarding of cultivation personnel.
- Collaborate with the Director of Cultivation, and other relevant team personnel, to develop production and budget plans on an annual basis.
- Provide insight to management and other key personnel to analyze and improve production processes for increased safety and profitability.
Non-essential duties and responsibilities
- Oversee a small team of cultivation personnel, including specialized teams responsible for specific areas of cultivation.
- Attend occasional conferences and tradeshows for educational and promotional purposes.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Additional required abilities and work environment:
- The job requires physical activity, including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds (or more with a coworker).
- Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions with accuracy is required.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud and will require walking and transporting material across uneven surfaces at times.
- The position described above requires working in environments with variable temperatures, including environments up to 90° F for prolonged periods.
- This position also requires working in a highly lit environment; exposure to high-intensity lamps will occur on a daily basis.
- All employees will be required to change into associated PPE, which will be provided by the employer.

The successful candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in horticulture, plant science, or other related science background.

- Possess a Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator’s License or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- Experience with inventory control methods and systems.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem solving.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening, negotiation, and conflict management.
- Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulations related to the Pennsylvania medical cannabis program, including the state mandated reporting software, MJ Freeway.
