Position Overview:
Our company is seeking a hard-working individual that can "wear many hats" and become an integral part of our small team. Primary role will be handling customer service inquiries by email, phone and chat. Role will expand as candidate demonstrates ability to take on new responsibilities. Ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and have problem-solving capabilities. Part time and full time hours available.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service inquiries via email, chat and phone. Work with fulfillment team to satisfy customer requests.
- Work with billing systems and make adjustments for customers (credits, refunds, etc).
- Enter and edit orders in the WooCommerce CRM.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of office area.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as WooCommerce, Shopify, etc
- Familiarity with ShipStation or other shipping management applications
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- College degree is preferred but not required.
