Eugene/Springfield Oregon custom print and packaging company seeking outside sales representatives.

YBS Packaging is a folding carton and label printer/manufacturer located in the Eugene/Springfield area. We service thousands of companies all over the United States. We provide custom printed packaging for clients in the Skincare, Cosmetic, Confectionary, CBD, Cannabis, Food and many industries that need to package their products for retail sale.

YBS Packaging is seeking an experienced outside sales representative to help grow our expanding business. Requirements will be to make outgoing sales calls, send and respond to sales emails and maintain relationships with existing clients. No territory limitations. No commission caps. Must have proficient written and computer skills, be outgoing and willing to make cold calls.

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills
• Outgoing personality
• Previous sales experience
• Cold calling experience
• Willingness to make cold calls
• College degree
• Strong written communication skills

Compensation:

• $4000 per month base
• 5% commission
• No commission cap
• No territory limitations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
