Job Summary:
The Grower is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of warehouse operations by performing labor work duties.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Day-to-day assignments and tasks of the Cannabis production cycle.
- Cloning: cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling.
- Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating, staking, big leafing, pruning, watering, plant monitoring.

Job Summary :
The Processor conducts day-to-day operations within the Flower Department, including detailed inspection and trimming of cannabis to confirm quality of product.
Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Processing cannabis from harvest to sell.
- Bucking and Trimming of flower.
- Prep and strategically trim flowers using company quality standards.
- Maintain a 0.85 gram/minute processing rate while trimming.
