Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure all plants, equipment, and grow room environments are in good health.
· Routine daily tasks include hand-watering, cloning, transplanting, pruning, plant training, spraying, pest identification/management, room sanitation, pot washing, harvesting, grow equipment maintenance, work area cleanliness, and moving plants throughout the facilities.
· Ensure all corporate and grow policies and procedures are carried out safely and accurately.
Key Expectations:
· Work a 40-hour work week including, at times, holidays, weekends, snow days, etc. Consecutive scheduled days off not always possible.
· Shall work in adverse environmental conditions at times. Hot, cold, humid.
· Shall work with dirty and laborious activities at times: Transplanting, room turnovers.
· First year of employment will be focused on transplanting, watering, pruning, harvesting, and pot washing activities.
Technical Responsibilities:
· Intra-office email, calendar, and SharePoint usage using Microsoft Office software.
· Task management software app on PC and smart phone.
· Data logging of grow activities to SharePoint documents.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
· Professional job experience or higher education required; minimum two-year degree or equivalent work experience to demonstrate ability to operate in a professional business setting.
· Can repetitively lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
· Works well in a team-based system.
· Assistant Growers will work forty to forty-five hours a week in shifts occurring every day of the year: holidays, weekends, snow days, etc. Candidates must be willing and able to work on most days of the year.

· A successful candidate would be someone who has a passion for growing and the cultivation of cannabis. This is a dirty, hot, humid, and labor-intensive job at times, and is only for individuals who enjoy, handle, and be fulfilled by the work.

We are seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our company’s growing leadership team who has a passion for the growing cannabis industry. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the development and manufacture of all products made at Verdes. The VP of Operations must demonstrate a keen understanding of how the overall company (and vertically integrated manufacturing) operates and make strategic decisions and recommendations accordingly. It is imperative for the VP of Operations demonstrate a clear sense of ownership and pride around all aspects of production operations. As a potential recreational market is on the horizon, Verdes will need to produce 4x-6x more material to meet consumer demand. Therefore, it is essential that the VP of Operations ensures that Verdes uses the most efficient, effective, and economically viable methods to produce our products.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Product Availability
- Oversight of the day to day production and delivery of inventory to the stores in a manner that meets demand
- Ensuring that concepts/products get to market expediently
- Lead process improvement
- Maximize production capacity for all production facilities
- Monthly and Quarterly production goals
- Strong Project Management capabilities that encompasses product and staff
- High Functioning Staff
- Oversight of a well-developed management team consisting of 6 department heads and 35-40 indirect reports

Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated culinary enthusiast who has previous experience working in a kitchen environment. This role will be expected to produce and prepare high production volumes of a variety of baked goods and confections. The Baker Associate role is responsible for following production schedules set by the Kitchen Manager, preparing a variety of products according to established recipes, and keeping an appropriate stock of ingredients and supplies for production. Other responsibilities include maintaining production batch sheets, displaying high attention to detail, having the ability to perform basic algebraic equations, and knowing basic computer skills.

Summary/Objective

§ Maintain a clean sales floor by dusting and sanitizing the work areas
Computer Preferred Qualifications:
§ BioTrack for sales transactions, patient records/lookup information, returns/exchanges
§ Internet to access sharepoint.com to make daily menus, bigcommerce.com to access online orders
§ Other websites to lookup information about cannabis or the NMMCP program.
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time, 8 – 10 hours multiple days in a row
· Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
· Ability to work in a confined area.
Compensation/Hours:
Compensation -DOE; 15 - 40 hours/wk., Required Mon – Sat, some Sundays and Holidays, 8:00am to 8:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
Experience:
- relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
- sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
