We sell directly to dispensaries in Oklahoma. We are actively seeking an independent goal-oriented sales representative that can manage current and future account growth using self-direction and innovation.
We only want top producers who can quickly gain local market share. We need someone who can prospect, generate their own leads and close sales consistently. This includes managing CRM software and using forecasting tools to manage and track sales activity.
Sales Representative responsibilities are:
· Implementing effective territorial marketing strategies
· Calling customers to settle concerns/disputes
· Assessing sales performance
· Coming up with effective sales methods
· Submitting reports to senior management in a timely manner
· Discovering new sales opportunities
· Briefing prospective customers about services/products
Sales Representative requirements are:
· Experience as a territory manager
· Superior sales skills, including persuasion, overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation
· Knowledge of Commercial Cannabis, Processing Terms, Products, and Processes
· Ability to implement sales strategies
· Able to hit performance KPIs
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Familiar with CRM and MS Office products
· Good leadership and organizational ability
· Problem-solving skills
